OPEN POSITIONS ARE DETAILED BELOW:
1.1 Crash & Safety CAE
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5-10 Years
SKILL SET:
Should be able to perform full vehicle crash simulations (Frontal, Side, Rear, PedPro, Occupant etc.,)
Tool Knowledge in one of ANSA/ HyperMesh & Primer.
Good level of proficiency in LS Dyna/ PAMCRASH, should possess commendable post-processing skills.
Should be able to provide design countermeasures, correlation experience.
Knowledge of Japanese would be an added advantage.
1.2 Safety Model-Build
Location: Chennai
Experience: 3-5 Years
SKILL SET:
Able to perform de-penetration & do connection for full vehicle model in Safety (Radioss/ LS Dyna, HyperMesh)
Able to handle contacts, load types and boundary conditions for various safety regulations. (Radioss/ LS Dyna, HyperMesh)
Able to perform integrity check in Radioss/ LS Dyna.
Able to run & debug the model for results.
Attitude towards learning new tools.
Good communication skills.
1.3 Interiors NVH CAE
Location: Chennai
Experience: 4-8 Years
SKILL SET:
Analysis Skills: Modal, Frequency Response and Vibrational Analysis

Need to do root causing studies to understand/ resolve the issues @ vehicle level/ system level.
Provide design/process enhancements as per the project requirements.

1.5 Lead Engineer- Machining CAE
Location: Chennai
Experience: 7-12 Years
SKILL SET:
Extensive experience in using Abaqus, Nastran & LS-Dyna Solvers
Know-how on 3D FE model generation (tetra & hexa) to check the quality of mesh generated
Post processing and report generation
Key account handling and people management skills
Good knowledge on Metal Cutting is an added advantage
1.6 Powertrain NVH CAE
Location: Chennai
Experience: 4-8 Years
Job Profile:
Working with Power train/Engine/Transmission group in NVH analysis like modal, point mobility and strength in powertrain for passenger cars
using Hypermesh and Nastran. Evaluation of Power train Global Modes, Mount Bracket & Accessories Brackets etc.,
Test data correlation for powertrain mounting brackets with CAE results.
1.7 Latches & Seating FEA
Location: Pune
Experience: 4-7 Years
SKILL SET:
Should be expert in all Ansa usage 2d shell meshing, 3d solid hexa and tetra meshing for automotive, BIW, Crash components, sub-assemblies
from automotive domain/ products for seats, latches, door trims, Instrument panels, BIW trims etc. sheet metal as well as solid meshing in Ansa.
Experience in setting decks, assigning material properties, defining models and solve in Dyna.
Handling non-linear problems and contact definition in LS-Dyna explicit.
Must be able to perform zero millisecond runs for trouble shooting. Also trouble shooting of convergence issues.
Setting decks in Ansa and solve the problem in LS-Dyna from start to end.
Basic awareness of FMVSS 206 is an added advantage.
1.8 Automotive Lighting FEA
Location: Hyderabad
Experience: 5+ Years
SKILL SET:
Good domain/ product knowledge of automotive lighting.
Good knowledge of testing, simulations and their correlations in the area of lighting systems.
Good Experience in automotive lighting system design, development, manufacturing, analysis, testing or validation.
Test data analysis, Optimization and interpretation of results.
Knowledge of Japanese language.
