    Work Experience: in IPQA

    Presently working with M/s. GLAND PHARMA Ltd. Hyderabad as a IPQA Chemist to
    till date. Company is engaged with manufacturing of liquid Injectables (SVP, LVP),
    lyophilized powders, products for regulatory and domestic market.

    PROJECT: I have done a project in my final year M Pharmacy (Pharmaceutics) as a part of
    course curriculum on the topic Formulation and Evaluation of Dasatinib film coated
    Tablets.






    Job Responsibilities:

    Description: Chemist-IPQA.
    Performing Routine IPQA activities in Dispensing,Compounding,Filling&Sealing,
    in process checks during the activity with online documentation.
    Carring out The line clearance activities at all stages of operations as per
    SOP/BPCR.
    Verification of batch manufacturing records&cGmp records of Helmut block.
    To Ensure Collection of Control samples, QC samples, Rinse water samples,
    Nitrogen samples, sending to QC& fallow up & review of release.
    Monitoring of General hygienic of operators working in Helmut block.
    Monitoring and review of the viable particle count and non-viable particle data in
    respective areas.
    Implementation of systems& procedures as per written down SOPS.
    Coordinate with QC and Warehouse department for manufacturing related.
    Responsible for Process Validation Activities.
    Reporting of daily status to in charge IPQA.
    Reporting all the deviations to in charge- QA

    M.pharm (2010-2012)from DR MGR medical university (tamilnadu).
    B.pharm(2006-2010 )from DR MGR medical university (tamilnadu).
    Intermediate(2004-2006) in Bi.P.C from sri prathibha junior college.
    S.S.C (2004)Sri padmavathi residential School.
