    Calling All Middle School
    Parents!
    We hope that you will be able to attend the
    middle school orientation evening scheduled
    for Tuesday, September 2
    nd
    , at 6pm in the
    MPR. The orientation will include information
    from individual teachers about classroom
    expectations, middle school happenings,
    conferences and scheduling. We look forward
    to seeing you at orientation and hearing about
    your childs transition into the new year.







    FALL SPORTS INFORMATION!!!

    The Fall Sports Orientation will be held on Tuesday, September 2
    nd
    and will begin at 5:00pm in the
    MPR. Sports practices will start on Wednesday, September 3
    rd
    directly after school. Having the orientation
    the day before practice begins will give the athletic department an opportunity to communicate important
    information to parents about the fall sport season. Information about schedules, practices, individual
    equipment needs, team placements and sportsmanship on the field will all be presented. If your child is in

    or 8
    th
    Grade, and is interested in participating in a fall sport we encourage at least one parent to
    accompany their child to this brief orientation on Tuesday evening.

    Further questions regarding athletics should be directed to Coach Gerrard. He may be reached at
    school 687-0771 or on his cell.

    Building Access Information (review)
    In addition to our new door security, we also have door security cameras throughout the campus. The access code given
    to students is a working access code for our students and families. If you don't remember the code, please check with
    the front office.

    Directions for access: At the front door to either building you will notice a much larger keypad with a built in camera.
    To gain access you must first press the pound sign (#) and then enter the 4 digit code. You will hear a slight click, which
    indicates the door is open. Pull the door towards you and then push to open. If you watch the message window at the top
    of the keypad it will guide you through the steps.

    The front door of each building is the only door that requires the pound sign first and then the 4 digit code. At
    any other door, just enter the 4 digit code.

    If you have forgotten the code and not checked with the office, you may still gain access through either front door.
    Using the arrow keys on the keypad, select which building you wish to enter and then press the door bell button. The
    front office will be able to buzz you in.
