    Avoid use of unnecessary articles
    Do not use pronouns I, me, my, our
    Do not use capital letters arbitrarily
    Avoid using same verb to start successive bullet points
    Use power verbs like managed, designed, pioneered,
    proposed, analyzed etc.
    Do not use double verbs like responsible for managing,
    instead just write managed
    Dont highlight randomly. 3 words per bullet. And not
    more than 3 in 5 bullets should have highlighting
    Final CV is strictly 1 page
