    Dear Colleague:
    Good news. Today, Bytex launches its HELP BUILD COMMUNITIES, BE A PROJECT INITIATOR (HBC-BAPI)
    program. The main objective of this program is to facilitate development of both rural and urban communities through
    initiation of development projects by individuals. We respectfully invite you to be a project initiator.
    Under the program, Bytex gives big monetary rewards to project initiators. The reward comes from feasibility study (FS)
    fees. Rewards are sent through Western Union Money Transfer with the minimal transfer fee deducted from rewards.
    Inasmuch as transportation is one of the basic requirements for development, the emphasis of the HBC-BAPI program for the
    years 2011-2012 is on building Farm to Market Roads (FMR) with Local Government Units (LGUs) as project implementors
    and Bytex as feasibility study preparer. This FMR emphasis will enhance economic activities in the countryside which in turn
    contributes to poverty reduction and generates many other economic benefits.
    As an eye opener, the 2010 Farm to Market Road annual budget of the Department of Agriculture in the Philippines was
    PHP6,435,000,000 and only 51.43% of the targeted 2,382-km roads were finished that year. One of the crucial problems was
    the lack of FMR feasibility studies from many LGUs. Hence, we focus on the solution to this problem.
    To encourage wide participation, each Project Initiator will be rewarded 20% of the gross FS fee once full
    payment has been received at Bytex. If you are fast, the monetary reward becomes 25% if you initiate a set of 5 feasibility
    studies within 3-month period. These rates are subject to change after May 31, 2012. One initiator is recognized per project.
    FS fee ranges from PHP50,000 (minimum) to 3.5% of initial investment. For a small project, the initiator gets PHP10,000.
    For a big but rare project with PHP1,000,000 FS fee, the initiator gets PHP200,000.
    The job of the project initiator is very simple just submit the Bytex-prepared FS preparation proposal to the LGUs and send
    their FS job orders to Bytex. The job order need not be paid upon submission to Bytex but upon job completion. Simple FMR
    feasibility studies can be completed in about 12-120 hours only. All FS preparation jobs are computerized using the award
    winning software Bytex Feasibility Analyzer following the International Accounting Standards (IAS) and the Philippine
    Agricultural Engineering Standards for Farm to Market Roads (PAES 421:2009). Sample non-FMR Bytex FS is attached.
    Bear in mind, the small starting jobs you will do will trigger big economic activities and development in the future.
