Introduction
Job satisfaction in the country is being less and less considered especially in the field of
nursing due to high unemployment rate because of over saturation of nurses. This leads to job
behaviors including tardiness, absenteeism, turnover which is bad and unproductive. Beside from
lack of employment nurses in our country receive meager salary compared to what is offered in
other countries. This is worsened by medical institution accepting volunteer nurses without pay
or worse they pay for the service they provide just to get experience. Job satisfaction is very
