Guadalupe M. DeLeon,
age 78, of Smiley, passed
away on Feb. 8, 2015. He
was born on Dec. 12, 1936
in Nixon to Chon and Simona Martinez DeLeon.
Guadalupe was preceded
in death by his parents;
and two brothers: Jose DeLeon Sr. and Pablo DeLeon
Sr.
He is survived by his
wife, Jimmie Lee Aleman
DeLeon; his children:
Rosie DeLeon and Jimmy
Alvarez (Stephanie); seven
amendment.

man and his father, but

wielded a large knife and a
can of pepper spray before
he was shot; and that he was
pacing in the street and appeared intoxicated.
This case remains under
investigation, Van Slooten
said. No other information
is available at this time.
