Secured an eventual change of 30 circuits from AT&T to tw telecom by supplying detailed consulting assistance with
Pulte Homes; personally oversaw provisioning/installation details to ensure smooth, on-schedule delivery; served as

technologies and how to apply them to client needs.

Played a key role in troubleshooting progressive dialer problems installed in a major call center.
Highlights
Identified a heat-related issue in the design of the server and resolved by removing the top off the server and
mounting a portable fan; led to a design change in the product to accommodate greater air flow.

Developed estimates for fiber, copper, and grounding services based on construction blueprints for a major provider of
communication cabling for schools and public libraries taking advantage of E-Rate federal funding to purchase products
and services.
Highlights
Designed and estimated to fit the cabling and wireless requirements for the Yuma Public Library, a large construction
project 2 football fields in size (2 stories) with 27 wireless nodes, 2 integrated network adapters, and miles of fiber and
copper cabling.

AT&T, Data Network Consultant: Delivered sales engineering support to the sales teams for such global customers as
American Express, Ameriprise, Honeywell, Cendent Corporation, Royal Dutch Shell Group (Shell Oil), Lexmark, Nokia,
Ericsson, Schlumberger, and Alimentation Couche-Tard. Replaced BT in EMEA with AT&T VPN services (26 locations).
Electric Lightwave, Sales Engineer, Sales Engineer Manager, Sr. Manager: Provided technical support to sales teams in
three states and eventually oversaw activities in seven states. Transitioned the company to new owners.
MCI Systemhouse, Technical Architect: Supported projects upgrading public safety (police, fire, and 911 systems) in
major cities across the globe, including New York, London, and Madrid.
MCI/AT&T, Sr. Sales Engineer: Served in such roles as Special Projects Liaison to the Director of Operations and the
Vice President of Operations of MCI, Marketing Manager leading complex responses to requests for proposals (RFPs),
and Sales Engineer. Won the bid for American Expresss EMEA expansion, implemented a global VSAT network for
Schlumberger, spun-off the Ameriprise network from AMEX, and designed an integrated backbone that interconnected
Sprouts Marketplaces, headquarters, and geographically diverse data centers into a universally homogenous network.
