1. Introduction
Using mActionSoft user can upload the photos through smartphone. User can upload the
photo directly from site. While capturing the photo latitude, longitude of the location as well
as date and time will also record on the server.
You can register for mActionSoft through registration form which is available on
http://reportingonline.gov.in/ after login. You can select the plan unit while registration, for
which you want to use the application.
2. Essential Condition
This application support Android System device that is higher than Android version 2.3. To
capture the Latitude & Longitude make sure GPS/Location is tuned on.

3. How to register for mActionSoft

a. Go to http://reportingonline.gov.in/
b. Login with ActionSoft credential.
c. After login, a link on the left hand side Register for mActionSoft will display
d. Select Register for mActionSoft
e. Submit your Username it will be an alphanumeric and character limit is 8 to 15

characters.

Once you submit the username it will display the availability of username. If the
submitted username is already registered then it shows a message Username
already taken.
g. If the submitted username is available ten it shows a message Username Avilable.
h. Submit your IMEI Number. To know your IMEI number dial *#06# from your
Android phone/Tab.
i. Select plan unit type for which you want to register.

Once you select the plan unit type then respective plan unit name will display. You
need to select the plan unit name for mActionSoft.
Select your plan unit, for which you want to use mActionSoft Android mobile
application.
You can select all District Panchayat at District Panchayat level, all Block Panchayat
at Block Panchayat level, maximum 20 Gram Panchayat at Gram Panchayat level.
Once you done with selection of plan units create your password and confirm the
same.
After successful registration a message will display User registered successfully .
If the entered username and IMEI number exist in the database, the system would
display a message "Username/IMEI already exist and the user remains on the same
form.
One IMEI number can be use at all three level i.e. DP(District Panchayat), BP(Block
Panchayat), GP(Gram Panchayat).
User cannot select already assigned plan unit i.e. if a plan unit name is already
registered with a user then no other user register for the same plan unit. In this case
a message alert will display Plan unit already registered with other user.

4. How to download app

a. Go to http://reportingonline.gov.in
b. Download the application apk file from Supporting Documentation section.
c. Once you download, an apk file by the name of mActionSoft.apk will download on
your computer/PC/mobile.
5. How to install app

a. If you have downloaded the apk on computer/PC then you need to transfer this apk
to your smartphone using USB cable or Bluetooth.
b. Once you have apk file on your mobile, then you need to tap on apk file to install on
your smartphone.
c. Make sure that the first selection, Unknown Sources, is checked (on some phones,
this might be under Settings->Security). This is to allow you to download an
application that is not part of the Android market
d. Once the installation done, you can use the application.
6. Starting the application

To start the mActionSoft application, follow the steps given below:
a. Click on mActionSoft icon in application menu.

b. On clicking the mActionSoft icon, the application starts and display Login page. The
Login page contains the following options:
a. Login
b. About us
c. Exit

7. Logging in to the Application

To Log in to the mActionSoft application and use the features provided in it, follow the steps
given below:
a. Start the mActionSoft application. On starting the application the Login page is
displayed.
b. Enter valid Username and Password and click the Login button.
c. On clicking the Login button, the application validates the information.
d. If the information is valid the login is successful and Dashboard is displayed

e. Once you are in the application select work detail to upload the photo.

Select plan unit. Here only those plan units will display which are selected at the
time of registration.

g. Select plan year to view the work of that plan year.
h. Select work name from the dropdown. Here work of selected plan year and plan unit
will display. Here only those works will display which are ongoing and not
completed.

m. Tap on Photo Capture to take the photo. By this camera of the mobile will open
and you can take photo of the work.
Once you capture the photo, you can save or discard the photo. If you want to take
new photo then you can select Discard and if you want to continue with captured
photo then you can Save the photo.

When you save the photo for upload date, time, latitude and longitude will also
attach with the photo.
You can also retake the photo by tap on Re-take photo button.
n. Tap on Submit button to upload the photo
A Success message will display when the photo successfully uploaded on the
http://reportingonline.gov.in/ server.

8. Log out from the Application

a. You can logout from the application by tap on power icon on the upper right hand
side.

9. About the Application

a. You can view the application detail by tap on about us icon.
b. Tap on back icon to go back on the last screen.

How to view Photo
You can view the uploaded photo on the ActionSoft website i.e.
http://reportingonline.gov.in/ under Execution status of Action Plan report which is
available in Citizen Section.
a. Go to Execution status of Action Plan report.
b. Select State, Plan unit, Plan Year and submit captcha

c. Once you click on Get Report report will display
d. Click on Photo Available to view the photos.
e. Click on photo name to view/download the photo.
