Dear Sir/s,
I wish to tender my expression of interest to seek priority in allotment of a
Residential Apartment (Unit) in any of your Group Housing Projects
(existing or otherwise) at Gurgaon (Haryana).
I

confirmation of my aforesaid Expression of Interest.
I understand and agree that this EOI expresses my desire to seek allotment of
Unit in any of your Group Housing Projects in Gurgaon and the same does not
amount to booking or does not create any right or interest whatsoever in my
favour in respect of any Unit, notwithstanding the fact that the Company may
have issued a receipt in acknowledgement of the money tendered hereof or
paid by me from time to time.
I understand and agree that by submitting this EOI, I do not become entitled to
allotment of Unit; the allotment of the Unit shall be made by the Company by
issuing an allotment letter in due course. In the event a Unit is allotted to me, I
agree to sign and execute all necessary documents and complete all formalities
including but not limited to execution of standard Buyers Agreement, affidavits,
undertakings etc. and unequivocally agree to abide by the terms and conditions
laid down therein.
I understand and acknowledge that in case on non-realization of amounts paid
herewith or my failure to execute the necessary documents/affidavits, receipts
etc. including the standard Buyer's Agreement, within the time stipulated by the
Company, present EOI may be treated as cancelled at the sole discretion of the
Company, in such an eventuality the amount paid by me shall stand forfeited
and I shall be left with no claim/right/entitlement whatsoever against the
company arising out of present EOI.

If for any reason whatsoever, the Company fails to allot a Unit as aforesaid
within 6 months from the date hereof the Company shall refund the amounts
deposited by me along with simple interest @ 9% per annum for the period from
the date of payment till refund thereof. I understand and agree that the
Company shall have no other liability of any kind whatsoever except refund of
the amounts as aforesaid.
Notwithstanding anything contained herein, I understand and agree that the
validity of this EOI shall be subject to realization of the amount tendered by me
with this EOI. My/our particulars are given below for your reference and record:
