    APPLICABLE CODES AND STANDARDS


    The requirements contained in the following standards and recommendations shall form a part of
    the requirements of this specification:
    - ASME/ANSI B16.5
    Pipe Flanges and Flanged Fittings
    - IEC-529
    Degree of protection provided by enclosures (IP Code)

    2.

    EQUIPMENT MARKING & IDENTIFICATION

    2.1

    Marking
    All wetted parts including flanges shall be marked in accordance with the relevant material
    standards.

    2.2

    Instrument identification
    All instrument (panels, junction boxes, field instruments etc.) shall be provided with a corrosion
    resistant identification plate permanently attached by means of manufacturer's standard.
    The following information shall be provided as a minimum:
    - tagnumber
    - manufacturer's name or trade mark
    - manufacturer's model number
    - body material
    - body rating
    - manufacturer's serial number
    - flange rating including units
