    list. The Superintendent is also to consider the restrictions on the surveillance teams decision
    making abilities with regards to distance from site and timeliness of response
    Note: There are circumstances for a particular contract where delegated functions may have a
    dollar limit, for example Clause 40.1 or 40.5, the Superintendent may limit the delegation for
    amount less than $100,000. There are other clauses that the Superintendent may wish to
    consider.
