Delivered comprehensive technical services and support throughout long-term tenure spanning two major mergers
and acquisitions; company formerly known as Allied Aerospace Industries, Inc. (1999-2002) and Dynamic
Engineering, Inc. (1996-1999).
System Administrator / Sr. IS Technician
Charged with providing enterprise-wide software and server support for windows client server infrastructure utilized
by 200+ staff members across 4 separate sites. Managed DNS, DHCP, WINS servers, company-wide email via MS
Exchange, network switches and Cisco routers, as well as workstations and peripherals including printers; ensured
top-level performance, security, and reliability. Administered backups, archives, disaster recovery, as well as virus
and malware protection; troubleshot and resolved hardware and software issues. Updated Website and intranet.
