    Hello Kitty Crochet Pattern

    Materials:
    - worsted yarn (I use simply soft) White/Pink/Yw
    - polyester fiber filling
    - tapestry needle and stitch marker
    Hook: size 3.5mm E hook
    Terms:
    sc sc = single crochet, sl st = slip stitch, fo = fasten off/finish,
    ch = chain, st = stitch,
    bsc = back loop only single crochet (BLO/back loop only) ,
    fsc = front loop only single crochet (FLO/front loop only)
    dec = decrease / make 1 single crochet over next two stitches,
    inc = increase / make 2 single crochet on the same stitch

    Approx. 5 tall ^^
    Lets begin with kitty color (white)
    HEAD
    Chain 5+1 (total 6 chains), the 6th
    chain is the height of first round.
    Round 1: start from 5th chain as shown
    above, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, make 3 sc in
    number 1 chain and continue work on
    bottom chain, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, make 2sc in
    bottom of number 5 chain, then sl st to
    the first single crochet to form a round,
    chain 1. (total 12 single crochet stitches)
    Round 2: make 2sc in first stitch (increase), then 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 2sc (increase), 2sc (increase), 2sc
    (increase), 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 2sc (increase), 2sc (increase), slip stitch to beginning stitch and chain
    one, put the STITCH MARKER at the last single crochet stitch (total 18 sts).
    Round 3: make 2sc (INC), then 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 2sc (INC), 2sc (INC), 2sc (INC), 2sc (INC),
    1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 2sc (INC), 2sc (INC), 2sc (INC), move Stitch Marker, slip stitch, chain 1
    (total 26 sts).

    Round 4: repeat *1sc* 9 times, then repeat *2sc (increase) * 4 times, repeat *1sc* 9 times,
    then repeat *2sc (increase) * 4 times, move Stitch Marker, slip stitch, chain 1 (total 34 sts).
    Round 5~13: make 1sc in each stitch around, at last single crochet, move the stitch marker,
    and then CONTINUE next round without slip stitch!!! (total 34 sts).
    Next round start to decrease and make the hole smaller
    Round 14: repeat *1sc* 9 times, then repeat *1sc over next 2 stitches (decrease)* 4 times,
    repeat *1sc* 9 times, then repeat *1sc over next 2 stitches (decrease)* 4 times, move stitch
    marker, SLIP STICH, chain 1 (total 26 sts).
    Round 15: repeat *1sc* 7 times, then repeat *1sc over next 2 sts (decrease)* 3 times, repeat
    *1sc* 7 times, then repeat *1sc over next 2 sts (decrease)* 3 times, slip stitch, fasten off (total
    20 sts).
    ***Stuff the head and embroidery the kitty eyes and noseetc. ***
    BODY (starting bottom up)
    Round 1: with pink yarn, Magic Ring with 8 single crochet stitches /or
    Chain 2 then make 8 sc in the first chain then slip stitch to make a circle, chain 1.
    Round 2: repeat *2sc (increase) * 8 times (total 16 sts), put Stitch Marker, slip stitch & chain 1.
    Round 3: repeat *1sc, 2sc (increase) * 8 times (total 24 sts), move marker, slip stitch & chain 1.
    Round 4: repeat *1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 2sc (increase) * 6 times (total 30 sts), move Marker, slip stitch
    & chain 1.
    Round 5: back loop only (BLO), make 1 sc in each stitch around (total 30 sts), move Marker,
    slip stitch & chain 1.
    Round 6: repeat *1sc* 13 times, then DEC once, repeat *1sc* 13 times, then DEC last (total 28
    sts) , move Marker, slip stitch & chain 1.
    Round 7: repeat *1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, DEC*2 times (total 26
    sts) , move Marker, slip stitch & chain 1.
    Round 8: repeat *1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, DEC*2 times (total 24 sts) ,
    move Marker, slip stitch & chain 1.
    Round 9: repeat * 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, DEC*2 times (total 22 sts) ,
    move Marker, slip stitch & chain 1.
    Round 10: repeat * 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, DEC*2 times (total 20 sts), slip
    stitch and fasten off with long tail to sew the head on top of body!!
    Attach pink yarn from the ROUND 5, and front loop only (FLO), chain 1,
    Repeat *1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 2sc in next stitch (increase)* 6 times (total 36 sts), slip stitch, chain1.
    Repeat *1sc, 2hdc, 1hdc* 12 times (total 48 sts), slip stitch, fasten off and hide the remaining
    yarn.

    HANDs (white yarn)


    Round 1: magic ring of 6 single crochet or/ Chain 2 then make 6 sc in the first chain.
    Round 2~6: 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc (total 6 sts) and fasten off at the last round with long tail
    to sew to side of body.
    FEET (white yarn)
    Round 1: magic ring of 6 single crochet or/ Chain 2 then make 6 sc in the first chain.
    Round 2: 1sc, 1sc, 2sc (inc), 1sc, 1sc, 2sc (inc), (total 8 sts).
    Round 3~6: 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc (total 8 sts) and fasten off at the last round with
    long tail to sew to bottom as feet.
    Pink Bow (pink yarn)
    Chain 6+1 follow the chart below to make the bow, then use the remaining tail to tie in the
    middle to make the bow then sew to the head!
    Round 1: 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 4 sc in next chain, then 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 3 sc last, slip stitch
    and chain 1.
    Round 2: INC, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, INC, INC, INC, INC, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, INC, INC, INC, slip stitch
    and fasten off with long tail to sew to head.

    EARs (make 2):


    Round 1: with white yarn, Magic Ring with 6 single crochet stitches /or
    chain 2 then make 8 sc in the first chain then slip stitch to make a circle, chain 1.
    Round 2: repeat * 1sc, INC * 3 times, total stitches now is 9 sts (continues rounds)
    Round 3: repeat *1sc, 1sc, INC * 3 times, total now is 12 sts
    Round 4: repeat *1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, 1sc, INC* 2 times, total 14 sts, sl st and finish off.
