1. Eligibility
To be eligible to open this account you must be 18 years old or over and live in the UK for tax purposes. The maximum number of 1I2I3
Current Accounts is two; you may only hold one single and one joint 1I2I3 Current Account (or one of each). Any additional requests for a
1I2I3 Current Account may result in a joint account holder becoming aware of your existing 1I2I3 Current Account(s). If you open or hold any
additional 1I2I3 Current Account(s), we may change them to another current account. We will give you at least two months personal notice
if we decide to change the account. If you are not happy with the change, you are free to close the account or there may be other current
accounts available to you.

5.1 Interest
Interest is paid on the whole account balance once the balance is at least 1,000. No interest is earned when your balance is below 1,000
or over 20,000. We work out interest on your daily balance on the first 20,000 only and pay interest every month. We pay interest into
the current account on the same day each month, depending on the date you opened or transferred your account. Interest will not be paid
for any month where you fail to meet the eligibility requirements as detailed in Section 5.
5.2 Cashback amount and categories
Cashback is a monthly cash reward to be paid directly into your 1I2I3 Current Account providing you meet the ongoing eligibility criteria set
out in Conditions 4 and 5.
Payments for financial or ancillary services (such as servicing and maintenance arrangements, warranties or insurance) from organisations
within eligible cashback categories will not qualify for cashback.
Cashback can only be earned on eligible Direct Debit payments for UK residences and only for their domestic use. Direct Debit payments for
commercial purposes will not qualify for cashback. Cashback is calculated and supplied by Santander UK plc and not the organisation within
the eligible cashback category. This cashback does not impact on any other offers supplied by one of these organisations.
Cashback will only be paid on the net transaction within your monthly statement period. For example, if you are refunded or part-refunded
your Direct Debit payment, we will pay cashback on the net amount paid to the organisation.
The total cashback earned in each statement period will be credited to your account. You can check your statement or visit Online Banking
to find out which date we pay your cashback.
5.3 Santander 1I2I3 Current Account Eligible Originators Classification Listing
Cashback can only be earned through Direct Debit payments within the categories to companies categorised as water, electricity, gas or
communications suppliers or as council tax issuing institutions in the Santander 1I2I3 Current Account Eligible Originators Classification
Listing. This list has been built using the BACS OIN* Codes table which contains all companies, including major providers of these services
that issue Direct Debit payments in the UK. Santander has made every effort to ensure the classification and categorisation is accurate and
the cashback payments will be based on the categorisation that has been made by Santander and as detailed in the Santander 1I2I3 Eligible
Originators Classification Listing.
*Originator Identification Number (OIN) is a Unique six digit number allocated to each organisation or service user who is authorised to use
the Direct Debit Scheme.
If you consider any of your Direct Debit payments corresponded to an eligible category or you have a query related to an organisation
or payment then please call us on 08459 724 724. If we confirm the category should be updated, we will do this and payments will be
adjusted in future from that point onwards but not adjusted retrospectively. See below on where to find out more and where to view
our list of eligible companies. For an up-to-date Santander 1I2I3 Current Account Eligible Originators Classification Listing, please visit
www.santander.co.uk or ask in your local branch. If you have a specific query about an organisation or how much cashback you have earned,
please call us on 08459 724 724.

AER stands for Annual Equivalent Rate and shows what the interest rate would be if we paid interest and added it to your account each year. The gross rate is the interest rate we pay before income tax is taken
off. The net rate is the interest rate we pay after deduction of income tax at the rate specified by law. Rates may change and we pay interest each month. EAR stands for Effective Annual Rate and represents the
yearly cost of an overdraft, which takes account of how often we charge interest to the account, and does not include any other fees or charges. Overdrafts depend on your circumstances and you must repay
any overdraft when we ask in line with our General Terms and Conditions.
