    Terengganu, Terengganu.
    I, the above AMER BIN HAMZAH do hereby give you notice that I intend to
    oppose the making of a receiving order as prayed and that I intend to dispute the
    petitioning creditors debt.

    AFFIDAVIT IN SUPPORT
    I, KIM JONG KOOK (I/C No.: 780910-01-2345) a Malaysian citizen of full age of No 18,
    Jalan Sultan Sulaiman 20000 Kuala Terengganu, Terengganu Darul Iman do hereby
    affirm and say as follows:
    1. I am the said Judgment Debtor.
    2. On 10th December 2009, I received a Creditors Petition and affidavit verifying the
    Creditors Petition from the judgment creditor.
    3. I already paid part of the payment before and the debt sum is now RM 29,000.00
    which is less than RM 30,000.00. Thus, the creditor should not be allowed to
    present a Creditors Petition.
    4. Previously, there was negotiation made between the creditor and me to make full
    settlement of the debt within 10 months.
    5. I request of this Honorable court to refer to the Negotiation Agreement dated 1 st
    November 2009 (hereinafter referred to as the said Negotiation) which is
    annexed as AH-1.
    6. In pursuance to the Negotiation that has been entered, it shows that I am
    capable to pay the debt within the time prescribed. Therefore, court should
    dismiss the Creditors Petition.

    7. Based on my above statements, I verily believe there are issues to be tried.


    8. As such, I humbly apply to this Honorable court that the Creditors Petition dated
    7th November 2009 which served to me on the 10 th day of December 2009 by
    Bank Kerjasama Rakyat Malaysia Bhd (Co. No: 145998-U), the judgment
    creditor, to be opposed.
    9. Unless otherwise stated, the facts deposed herein are true and within my
    knowledge.
