Hot Swappable Hard Drives
The hard drives installed in RS-406 are hot swappable. The RISC-based design delivers more-thanadequate performance and better thermal handling; RS-406 is surely the first choice to satisfy the basic
storage need of SMB and enterprise.
Work with Windows ADS

RS-406 itself already has account management, but what if you want your Windows-domain colleagues to
share the function-rich server? The Windows domain support is compatible with Windows ADS and NT4
Domain.
Transfer Data Securely

If you are worried about critical data being accessed via Internet, the Secure FTP and Secure Network
Backup can take care of it. Secure FTP uses the matured SSL/TLS technology and Secure Network
Backup uses the industry-proven SSH package to transfer data.

volume for single drive.
