A 17-month male patient presented to the Infant Oral Health

Discussion
Because of the anatomy of primary roots and furcal areas, it is
difficult to avoid the extrusion of filling materials beyond the
root canals in all pulpectomy cases. Therefore, an intra-radicular filling material should be non-toxic and easily resorbable.
