BALT 301 Managerial Decision-making Under Uncertainty.
This course introduces students to the art and science of decision-making under constraints such as limited data, uncertainty, and
competing objectives. The course provides students with hands on experience using problem-solving techniques. Students will be
introduced to simulation modeling, optimization techniques, and decision trees. 3 semester credit hours. Prerequisite: MGT 150.
