STATEMENTS IN THIS DOCUMENT ARE TRUE ACCORDING TO THE
BEST OF MY KNOWLEDGE AND I HEREBY SUBSCRIBE TO THEM
UNDER GODS PENALTY BY GODS LAW, SO HELP ME GOD;
In obedience to GOD the Creator of all Living Men (Genesis 1:27 Divine
Constitution) and pursuant to GODS Statute located in Exodus 20:3-4
(Divine Constitution) I, eugene richard born to roger humberto of the house
of hidalgo on September Seventh (7th) in the year of our Lord Jesus Nineteen
Seventy-One (1971) on the COUNTY OF ALAMEDA on OAKLAND, CALIFORNIA
at the Naval Hospital, do attest to being birthed live and continuing to this
day. There is no controversy to the record of birth.
However, on September thirty (30) in the year of our Lord Jesus Nineteen
Seventy-One (1971) the record of birth was REGISTERED and reissued as a
CERTIFICATE OF BIRTH giving rise to a new PERSON. This PERSON, EUGENE
RICHARD HIDALGO is a legal PERSON whose creator/father is not the GOD of
all Creation. This process of ATTORN-MENT (turning from one King to
another) had separated me from my Father and True Creator unknowingly.
This ACT was SIN and was punishable by everlasting separation from my
inheritance and birthright, BUT for the Mercy and Grace of GOD Almighty I
would not have any opportunity for restoration.
The Issuer and Creator of EUGENE RICHARD HIDALGO has committed an
abomination unto GOD as the SIN of Witchcraft and regularly practices
Necromancy when summoning or conjuring its life-less creation to appear,
causing from time to time the Created Man eugene richard of the house of
hidalgo to represent this abomination. Therefore, I come now to inform
CORPORATION that through Repentance and Baptism I have been made
whole and I have accepted His pardon for my SINS. Thereby making this
legal entity, EUGENE RICHARD HIDALGO, null and void. Now I come informing
CORPORATION in the Presence of GOD as my witness that all these matters
are hereby resolved and all covenants and contracts with all other gods are
null and void.
I therefore acknowledge myself tenant only to GODS Creation and capable
of owning land in allodium through the covenant I and my household have
stablished with GOD. I eugene richard of the house of hidalgo, hereforth a
Sovereign Man Created and Elected by GOD, hereby attorn back and become
allodial owner in trust under GOD Almighty of ALL CREATION over all lands
and properties now in my possesion and any property or properties that are
ordered to me by birthright, knowingly or unknowingly and have given
offerings to GOD ALMIGHTY held in HIS treasury where no moth corrupts.

Exodus 20:1-6 THE LAW
As a creditor of PERSON you are now ordered to discharge the debt and
inform eugene richard of the house of hidalgo of the discharge (in writing) in
and by the Name of GOD my FATHER in whose image and lineage I remain
beginning with Adam and coming to be by roger humberto. I hereby order all
record(s) giving life to the PERSON of EUGENE RICHARD HIDALGO to be
destroyed as commanded in Deuteronomy 7:5 (Divine Constitution) which
states, But thus ye shall deal with them, Ye shall overthrow their altars, and
break down their pillars, and ye shall cut down their groves, and burn their
graven images with fire. GODS law supercedes all countries and causes this
PERSON to be put to death. ...God is no respecter of persons Acts 10:34
(Divine Constitution). My will and testament is void and of no consequence.
From this day forth it is not my will but GODS will that I acknowledge and
accept. It is the custom of the house of surname to issue notice to all
inquiries. OUR COURT OF RECORD ISSUES NO DEATH CERTIFICATES.
A CERTIFIED COPY OF VITAL RECORD containing the REGISTRATION NUMBER
and date of registration has been VOIDED and sent to the Probate Court on
California (the creator of the PERSON) by certified mailing
#70120470000069591012. It is now your responsibility to provide me with
valid documentary proof that EUGENE RICHARD HIDALGO as a LEGAL entity
has been destroyed and all representation of it burned with fire. I reserve all
rights and promises granted me by my Father GOD without infringement by
any agents or assigns of all earthly kings. It is my intention and responsibility
to live in peace with my fellow man and to live according to DIVINE
CONSTITUTION AND LAW.
This NOTICE constitutes a ONE TIME OFFER OF IMMUNITY if fulfilled in a point
by point manner within 15 days (including weekends) of receipt of this
notice. Any actions taken by any Country, State, County, Entity, Agent,
Officer, or Assign to the detrement of eugene richard or his household shall
contitute a breach and all applicable penalties in Gods Law shall be the
consequence. Please read Gods Law for ignorance of the Law is no excuse.
PLEASE BE AWARE: Postal tracking has been applied to this document! No
Reply shall constitute an end to the ONE TIME OFFER OF IMMUNITY.
One Witness shall not rise against a man for any trespass, or for any sin, or
for any fault that he offendeth in, but at the mouth of two witnesses, or at
