Sajid Malik. They are also the member of institution of CA. Our office is located in Mumbai

Software Download Steps

Ventura is providing a software called POINTER. Pointer is software where a customer can
view his entire account details in detailed.
Download the pointer software we have to go to Internet Explorer and type
www.ventura1.com
this is our company home page were you can see the services that our company is providing, in that
services down the page we have an option called download once by selecting that option you can see
the download links which is required for our system, in that fourth link is to download the pointer
software once you select the link it will ask you to RUN or SAVE,
Save
By selecting that it will download the Pointer setup in your Computer Desktop. Once we open that
setup we can see the pointer software downloading in the system desktop.
Run
By selecting this option we can see the software getting downloading directly with out saving the setup
of the software.
POINTER Using Details:
Once the pointer is downloaded, just double click the pointer and the pointer will open. It will request
for Login ID, Password & Pin,
Login ID & Password will be send through SMS
Pin will be send through E-Mail.
After login the ID & Password it will, login the pointer and we can see the Exchange Status
Exchange Status : BSE Equity Open

Exchange Status : NSE Derivative Open
Exchange Status : NSE Equity Open
To view the Market Watch go to First Menu - Market and select More Market Watch which
gives the Indices's list of both NSE & BSE or press (F4) in your keyboard. If we select the NIFTY
index we can view the NIFTY Fifty share trade company in the Market Watch Screen. In Market
Watch screen we get the information of Day Open, Low, High, P.Close, , Avg Rate, Bid Quantity &
Offer Qty, Change of %, etc..by every individual share.
To Add one script just type Insert Key in keyboard and select Nse or Bse then type the Code /
Name and it will appear in the Market Watch.
To Buy a share press F1 or right click in the particular share and select option called Buy, There
will be a Place Order dialog box (Green Colour)which shows to Buy the shares,
To Sell a share press F2 or right click in the particular share and select option called Sell, There
will be a Sell order dialog box Red
Colour which shows to Sell the shares,
After placing order we can see the confirmation of Orders, Trades, Net Position, Margins, Holding
Equity, Holding Derivative.
ORDERS: Where we can see the orders what all is been placed in whole day it includes
Pending Canceled, Modified, Executed.
TRADES: We can see only the orders which is Executed in the market which includes Buy,
Sell & Short Sell.
NET POSITION: We can view the profit or loss by individual share trade and also the total
P&L from the trade happened in the day.
MARGIN: We can view the current margin available in the trading account on every
second wise, (e.g) if margin in A/C is Rs 10000/- & the trade what happened in the day gives
the profit of Rs500/- then the margin will Rs.10500/- in case of loss it will show as
Rs.9500/-.
HOLDING EQUITY
: We can view the holding of share which is in

Depository Holding Qty; Ventura Beneficiary Qty, Stock Receivable Qty.
HOLDING F&O:
We can view the position of Derivative Holdings.
DEFAULT SCREEN SET UP

Ventura default screen setup as follows:
Market Watch Screen, Market Depth, Graph,
Bulk Trade, Market Summary, all Indices's, Action Watch,
Market Watch: is to view the current stock information which is chosen to view.
Bulk Trade? : It gives the information regarding the share which is traded in bulk quantity.
Action Market? The information regarding stock traded in day high & day low.
Market Summary? Information of top Traded 20, Top 20 Best , Top 20 Worst shares on
the daily basis for Equity.
All Indices is to view the indices in same window.
Market Depth is used to View Top 5 Buyers & Top 5 Sellers
Exchange Message gives flash news comes from the exchanges
Alert option is used to remind the stock which we have placed for Buy & Sell at the
particular rate, which flashes in the screen.
Funds Pay In : To Transfer funds from Bank A/c To Ventura your Trading A/c
Funds Payout: To Transfer funds from Ventura your Trading A/c To Bank A/c located in
Misc
Graph : To view the Historical charts and Study graph and We can view Six company graphs
in the same time
Daily chart we can view Historical Data listing. By Year/Month/Weekly/Monthly.
In POINTER Screen you can check 6 different company charts with

Time interval in single page.
For BUY the F&O Shares
Click F1
For Sell the F&O Shares Click
F2
For Confirmation
F3
Same CASH Market BUY and SELL Procedure.
Add Future &Option Scrip, open Market

In mouse Right click , Select Add F&O Scrip
Watch,
(or) In KeyBoard click Ctrl +Insert.

If you want to add Nifty5500 call/put Please Follow below steps,
Step1: Select the Scrip. Example Nifty
Step2: Select Expiry Month
Step3: Select the Instrument (ie, Future/call/put)
Step4: Click show Button
Step5: Click ADD Button
Accounts/portfolio is viewed in Misc

Where can we check our financial ledger?
It is viewed in equity & derivative
Digital contract Means: It gives information about the trading happened for the day (i.e.) if any
share has bought & sold on the day, that information is provided in the contract which can be viewed in
the back office.
