The symbol with the Grand Master 10th degree helps us to
realise their is always hope for us.
The mantra or the name of the symbol is Dai Ki Bo. The
symbol is drawn in the Japanese Kanji and represents its name
(Dai Ki Bo). When translated means the Great Hope.
The symbol is drawn from top downwards.
THE MEDITATION WITH DAI KI BO

This technique serves to establish a close contact with the
Reiki energy. This technique can be carried out when one feels
that ones hope threatens to be lost
The effects of these powerful energies give us hope for
something better and in the universal energy of all that is, we
can understand that hope always exists, therefore there is
never a reason to lose hope.
This is valid both from the collective and for the non
collective consciousness of hope. In collective hope, there is
expectation that the world despite its current crises, wars,
terrorist attacks, environmental destruction, etc. will go on. An
individuals hope is the expectation that one will accomplish
ones own personal goals at some point.
MEDITATION WITH DAI KI BO CONTINUED;

The Dia Ki Bo symbol establishes a special connection to the
higher universal energy, and depending on faith, God,
Buddha, Guardian angels, Ascended Masters.
We don't always get answers by contacting our Higher Realms
and Universal Energy, it often happens that our hopes are
deceived, goals may not accomplished and we do not always
defeate illness or get what we want . "Why, we may ask ?
It could be that for our own personal development to succeed
at that particular time it would not be right for us to achieve
something or get better. A failure is sometimes necessary so
that new ways of understanding can be opened up to us . How
often does one realise after some years that the failed hope, or
to dismiss an illness or some other problem, was necessary, in
order to open up new ways of thought or awareness?
MEDITATION WITH DAI KI BO CONTINUED;

Since Reiki does not see ones life limited to today's existence,
the same also applies to death and dying, therefore death can
be considered to be just a new beginnig to another excistence.
This shows us that we need not lose. Meditation while
visualizing the Master Symbol Dia Bo Ki may point to new
ways for us. It also establishes the contact to our guardian
angels or Higher Self, which accompany us on our way and
give comfort and strength. We therefore never need to lose the
hope that is all around us, and although a goal may not be
accomplished, illness defeated or a relationship healed,we can
be reasured that it is for our own long term good. The total
plan which exceeds this current life and is helpful for us on
our way to perfection
Despite this knowledge we still seem to lose hope at times,
and it is at these moments we must turn to the Meditation
Technique with Dia Bo Ki, or through using this symbol
intuitively, the initiate can continually restores hope within
forever more.

MEDITATION TECHNIQUE
Techniuqe is similar as in the case of the other Dai symbols.

First of all sit down with the upper part of the body upright
and close the eyes and visualise the DAI KI BO and then
visualize a bright ray of light coming from the sky, which
enters through your crown chakra and streams all through the
entire body, eventually exiting from the hands and feet.

this meditation in unison with the

universal life energy (Reiki), a peace which gives hope,
security and comfort. When this meditation is over, one will
intuitively know it is at the end, relax for a while and then
open your eyes and in the present again
ATTUNEMENT RITUAL
Here the ritual is described for the attunement for Grand
Master 10th Degree Reiki.
THE RITUAL
The initiate sits down on a chair and if their is more than one
initiate, several initiates can sit besides one another.
The Grand Reiki Master stands behind the initiate and puts
both hands on the initiates head. The attunements are done
individually with each initiate and the Grand Reiki Master
attunes each one accordingly, using his/her intiution, and as
guided by higher realms. First the Grand Reiki Master prays a
prayer of thanks giving, and visualizes a white light above the
initiates crown chakra, which flows into the intiate and fills
then with bright light. The Grand Reiki Master then continues
to draw the symbols using the palm of his/her hand, over the
initiates palms of hands, crown, heart, and third eye chakras
and visualizes the following symbols:

(that is wisdom symbol, Dai Ko m., Cho Ku Rei, Dai Ki Bo)
The use of the wisdom symbol is optional, so you can leave it
out.
There is only one attunement for every degree, however, the
master also can carry out several if she or he wishes of course.
This is unnecessary but feasible.
