    Setup and Connection


    Open FileZilla FTP client, fillin the connecting information.
    Host as "ca.nctu.edu.tw", username and password then click Quickconnect.

    When the connection is successful, remote server will show the file list on the right side.
    The left side is your local machine.

    Download files

    Depends on your OS

    Set the download location

    Set the download location

    Download network.lic, MATLAB_Licenses.html and


    either R2014 or R2015 network.lic file
    *For Windows 10, its better to use R2015

    Mount the ISO for installation


    Mount R2014a_Windows.iso on your virtual drive.
    Click Run Setup.exe on autorun pop-up dialog box.
    If the User Account Control window appears, click Yes.

    Review the License Agreement

    Specify the File Installation Key

    Open MATLAB_Licenses.html you've download


    from Campus FTP Server and find installation key
    for the installing version. Copy the entire Key for next step.
