Human body is made up of countless millions of cells. Food is needed to built up new
cells and replace the worn out cells. However, the food that we take must be changed into
substances that can be carried in the blood to the places where they are needed. This
process is called digestion.
The first digestive process takes place in the mouth. The food we eat is broken up into
small pieces by the action of teeth, mixed with saliva, a juice secreted by glands in the
mouth. Saliva contains digestive juices which moisten the food, so it can be swallowed easily.
From the mouth, food passes through the esophagus (the food passage) into the
stomach. Here, the food is mixed with the juices secreted by the cells in the stomach for
several hours. Then the food enters the small intestine. All the time the muscular walls of the
intestine are squeezing, mixing and moving the food onwards.
In a few hours, the food changes into acids. These are soon absorbed by the villi
(microscopic branch projections from the intestine walls) and passed into the bloodstream.

The water cycle is also known as the hydrological cycle. There is the same amount of
water on the Earth now as there was when the Earth began. The water cycle is how the
earths water recycles itself.
The cycle includes precipitation, evaporation, condensation and evapotranspiration.
Earths water keeps changing from liquid water to vapour and then back again. This cycle
happens because of the suns heat and gravity. How does the Water Cycle work?
First of all, water molecules from lakes, rivers, streams, reservoirs, and the sea get heated
up by the sun and then turn into vapour that rises into the air ?
1.
2.
Next, these water molecules form into clouds, this is because a process called
condensation occurs.
When the air and the water cool, they form drops of water which then fall to the
earth as rain. If they are frozen, they become snow or sleet.
3.
Once the water reaches the ground, it can flow across the land until it reaches
rivers, lakes, streams, or the sea. It can also sink into the ground as flow because
of gravity through gaps in rock, gravel and sand. Because of this, it reaches these
bodies of water too.
4.
Now the cycle begins again, when water is evaporated once more.
Many of us think water will always be there for us when we want it. Without water,
living thing would die. You will die if you go without water for more than a week. Plants will
die without water and that would kill all of the animals that eat the plants.

The BlackBerry is mobile communication device helping employees maintain a
competitive edge in todays career marketplace with instant access to data on a mobile
platform. As with most technology, using a BlackBerry in the workplace can be a double-edge
sword if employees lack the discipline to use it wisely.
Some people agree of using a blackberry at the workplace for some advantageous.
The BlackBerry provides mobility to workers, giving them the ability to be on the road and still
access valuable information they need to perform work duties. On top of access to corporate
data, e-mail and internet networks, many BlackBerry units provide navigation features to help
the mobile employee find target locations on a moments notice.
In addition, because BlackBerries keep everything in one unit, you can organize phone
contacts, address books, calendars and e-mail lists in one unit. It reduces the amount of
items a mobile worker needs to keep with them at any one time. The camera on the phone
can capture ideas, document important information or share site information from a remote
location.
On the other hand, there are some arguments why people should not use a blackberry
at the workplace. First, the BlackBerry is a smart phone that functions as a mini-work
computer. The problem is that this computer is with you at all times, this means your work is
with you at all times. This can lead to burnout with you constantly looking for updates and
information. Further, it can become distracting, preventing you from focusing on the task at
hand. This actually can lower productivity and frustrate you, feeling as if you are never
accomplishing anything.
Secondly, when employees have the ability to get important work information
anywhere with a BlackBerry, they can be tempted to goof off. Personal lunches, errands and
shopping can override work hours when nothing is pressing. As an employee you may justify
this because you are reachable and able to deal with things via your BlackBerry. You may
also further justify this because you have your work with you at all times. However, as long
as mobile employees are reaching performance goals, these distractions are often forgiven.
