Reporting to:
Scope and General Purpose of Job: Get and serve food and
beverage order to guest of the Restaurant, Bars and Casino.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Take and serve guest order of food and beverages.
Up sell food and beverages to increase revenue.
All Casino complimentary food and beverage should preapprove by the VIP Host or other authorized signatories
before being prepared in the Kitchen or Bar.
Make necessary Mis en Place of operating equipments and
supplies.
Wipes silverwares, china wares, glasswares, and hollow
wares.
Do table setup.
Cleans and bus out dirty dishes.
Follow decoy system at the dishwashing area.
Carry trays of food and beverages and dirty dishes.
Handles and reports guests complaints.
Make sure all checks are settled before he/she finishes work.
Prepares supplies requisition.
Read and follow necessary policies and procedures and
memo.
Attend to daily briefings and know the daily out of stock
items.
Follow assigned duties and responsibilities.
Follow opening and closing procedures.
Always follow assigned table area assignment.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Assist the F&B Manager in overseeing and ensuring daily
smooth operations including events and functions organized
by the Casino.
Ensure sufficient stocks for daily use at outlets.
Prepare duty schedules and roster staff for meal breaks.
Conducting daily shift briefing on waited staff (5-10 min.
before the shift starts).
Check on staff attendance.
Ensure the standards of service are delivered.
Guide / train new service staff.
Ensure daily cash and credit collections are in order.
Ensure neatness and cleanliness of workstation including
hygiene aspects.
Attend to complaints, feedbacks and remedy situations.
Ensure that all stocks are accounted for.
Record daily sales report.
Delegate duties to the staffs.
Perform all around duties when busy and have staff
shortage.
Any other duties may be assigned from time to time by the
Management.

JOB DESCRIPTION
Scope and General Purpose of Job: In charge of all
aspects of the food and beverage operations, including
revenues, food costs, budgets, inventories, sanitation and
discipline in the department.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Responsilble for the day to day operation of the food &
beverage deparment and all his sections.
Follows on companys policies, rules, regulations and
procedures.
Responsible for the standards of service delivered to the
guest/players in the bar, dinning areas and buffet by F&B
employees. He has to ensure the quality of services in
accordance with the Casino standard.
Ensure that all the F&B sections are organized, performed
their duties and maintain their areas and equipment in a
manner in compliance with the company policiy and
instructions as directed by Casino COO/Head.
Approves all F&B requesitions so as to ensure that they are
prepared properly and placed in a proper and timley manner.
Maintains the highest level of sanitation throughout all food
and beverage areas as prescribed by CDC.
Responsible for the overall implements, consumptions of all
F&B polices and procedures pertain to employees, sanitation
requirements, consumptions, costs, qualities, menues,
special events and others.
Sets an example for the entire F&B department by always
displaying impeccable behavior.
Monitor the moral of all F&B employees and their
realationship to each other, with the other departments.
Maintening effective cost controll in all areas of the F&B
department.
Approves all work schedule prepared by his Suervisors.
