1) Tell me about Yourself? Or Introduce Yourself?

This is Manoj Kumar, Ive completed my Diploma in Electrical Engineering in 2015 in Loyola
Polytechnic College at Pulivendula.
My native place is Kadiri, we are four members in my family, my father & mother both are
tailors, Ive an elder brother he had completed B.Tech & now he is preparing for Govt Jobs.
My hobbies are Playing Cricket, Kabaddi, Browsing & Listening Music.

2) Why Should I hire You?


You should hire me because I am a quick learner and have good ability to learn and apply
learned skills with dedication & determination.
Or
As I am fresher, I dont have any experience. But I am willing to work for you in any kind of
situation. I have ability to work with your organization and I can show my ability working with
your organization. I will prove myself. This is an opportunity to start my career that I definitely
dont want to lose so I will give my cent percent to give my best.

3) Why do you want to work at our company?


I am looking for a platform where I can give my best and work with dedication to give a kick
start to my career. Now Suzlon Energy ltd a well renowned company is offering that platform
and I dont want to lose this great opportunity.

4) Can you work under pressure?


I believe that if we love what we do, we never feel the pressure. And we must always be ready
to face the upcoming challenges. However, Working under pressure is the opportunity to know
about my ability and gaining confidence. So I think I can do well.

5) What are your goals?


My short term goal is to get placed in reputed organization like yours and enhance my skills.
My long term goal is to give smile to my parents through my hard work & make them proud of
me.

6) Are you willing to relocate or travel?


I dont see any problem in relocating to a new place. Instead it will provide me exposure to a
new environment, culture and languages and let me interact with different people.

7) How long would you expect to work for us if hired?


If I got selected. It will be my pleasure and I assure that I give my level best. And If you
recognize my work and potential, I will be there with you always as long as you want me to stay
in this company.

8) How much salary do you expect?


As a fresher, Im expecting the salary as per your company standards.

9) Do you have any questions for me?


According to you what are the qualities that new employee should have? and which are the
qualities that I have from that?

Before attending this interview I have gathered a lot of information about Suzlon. After
summarizing the all facts about suzlon my opinion is like this:
Suzlon Energy Limited, (founded in 1995) is a wind turbine supplier based in Pune, India.
Formerly ranked as the world's fifth largest supplier, it was since dropped out of the top ten as
of 2014.
Suzlon Energy Ltd claims over 14,800 MW of wind energy capacity installed globally, with
operations in 19 countries across 6 continents.
Founder of Suzlon Energy Ltd is Tulsi Tanti, its headquarters located at Pune.
Revenue : 204 Billion INR (2014)
Recently Suzlon bags the Golden Peacock Eco-Innovation Award for its S97 120 meter hybrid
tower wind turbine.
