VEHICLE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM

1. Introduction
Vehicle Management System is a windows application written for 32-bit
Windows operating systems. Vehicle Management System is software which is helpful
for operators, who wants to operate many trips in a day.
1.1. Purpose:
The purpose of this project is to provide a friendly environment to maintain
the details of passengers, vehicles and employees. It maintain easy circulation
system using computers an PAGE

d to provide different reports. A person register as a admin can manage


the routes, the staff and passenger's details.

1.2. Scope:
The system will be used to book trips for the passengers and to book designated
seats in case of a bus booking. Staff will also use the system to keep track of the
passenger who booked their vehicle. The current system in use is a paper-based system.
It is too slow and cannot provide updated lists of patients within a reasonable timeframe.
1.3. Definitions, acronyms & abbreviations:

by Oracle Corporation, that provides a system for developing application
software and deploying it in a cross-platform computing environment.
