Setup fee covers as follow:


1 (one) unit of Outdoor Wireless Antenna, provided throughout subscription period at no cost
up to 30 meters of data cabling installation to your termination point (switch / hub / router)
o Additional cable usage: Rp 7.500,-/meter
General Facilities & Options:
FREE 1 (one) mailbox account, @ 50 MB (e.q. yourName@cbn.net.id)
o Additional mailbox: Rp 20.000,-/mailbox/month
o Additional mailbox space capacity: Rp 10.000,-/10 MB/month
FREE 40 (forty) hours/month of CBN WiFi (5 Mbps) at all CBN WiFi Locations
o Additional hotspot usage: Rp 160,-/minute
Supported by 24/7 online CBN Customer Care Specialist
Optional upgrade to WiFi 4-port Router at Rp 50.000,-/month (indoor), Rp 100.000,-/month (outdoor)
Optional Technical Support Visit for non-CBN-related network issue is subjected to Rp 150.000,-/visit
Terms and Conditions:
Internet connection is configured based on an Ethernet system (RJ 45 port), no modem required
Customer is required to return Outdoor Wireless Antenna provided by CBN at the end of service termination. Any
damage to equipment caused by customers negligence or mishandling during subscription period, or failure to
return it upon termination, Customer is subjected to Rp 3.000.000,- Penalty Fee.
Delivery time: 7 (seven) working days (after completing Registration Form and submitting Registration Fee).
Customer is NOT required to sign a service contract and may terminate service at the end of every month
