in an audit engagement. One of the determinants of audit fees based on the
characteristics of the auditee is related to the corporate governance. The purpose of
this study is to determine the effect of corporate tax governance on audit fee. This
study also aims to look at the effect of audit quality and tax exposure that moderate
the relationship between corporate tax governance and audit fee. The sample of this
study is the companies enlisted in Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2013 and 2014. The
amount of the sample is 115 companies. Data were analyzed by using multiple linear
regression analysis. This study shows that the Tax Corporate Governance has a
negative effect on audit fee. However, this study is not able to prove that the audit
quality and tax exposure moderate the effect of corporate tax governance on audit fee.

earnings management. Adoption of accounting standards that impact the way the
assessment, measurement and presentation. The companys managers are trying to
convey performance information of companies that meet the expectations of

accounting estimates in the presentation of accounting information. Accrual
accounting allows managers to choose accounting methods and estimates that are
beneficial to the manager. In addition to using the flexibility of accrual accounting, the
manager also uses manipulation of real activity associated with operational activities
to raise the profit figures. Managers can increase sales on a large scale at the end of

ABSTRACT
HR needs in the field of Islamic Economy by 2017 is 20,838 people per year.
Nevertheless, the average number of S1 and S2 graduates of Islamic Economy Study
Program is 6,542 per year. Hence, there's a gap of 14,296 per year. Most of the
needs, especially for BMT and Sharia Cooperative, can be fulfilled from vocationalgraduated skilled labors. This study aims to find out the development of Islamic
accounting and its teaching effectiveness in vocational schools to meet the needs of
accounting manpower. The method used is qualitative research. Source triangulation
technique is used to test the credibility. The result shows that the characteristics of
Islamic accounting applied in BMT is unique. Since the legal status of BMT is
cooperative, based on Cooperative Accounting Guides, it has to comply SAK ETAP
(Financial Accounting Standards for Entities Without Public Accountability). On the
other hand, because BMT is a sharia entity that performs sharia transactions, BMT
has to obey SAK Syariah (Islamic Financial Accounting Standards). Hence, BMT in
Indonesia may use both SAK Syariah and SAK ETAP. Considering this, professional
accounting technicians for BMT are needed. Professional here means they obtain
early professional competence through relevant education, special education,
professional training and examination in relevant subjects plus work experience. For
the time allocation for accounting subject, especially accounting for BMT, is limited, it
is compulsory to provide Crash Course learning module to make the learning
process effective. This allows the students to quickly acquire the BMT accounting
procedure, from recording transactions to financial statement preparation. Special
internship in BMT is needed to give them field experience.

ABSTRACT
Islamic economics as a new eld in the modern economic science recognizes not only
the principles and operations of Islamic commercial banks but also central bank as the
monetary and economic authority. Amongst all, the main functions of a central bank in
Islam are to maintain price stability and prosperity of the whole people. Although it
seems indifferent with the conventional concept of central bank, the Islamic central
bank conducts its monetary operation by using Islamic monetary instruments which
are free from interest, links with the business sector activities and gives value added
into the economy. The progressive development of the Islamic banking industry
demands the appropriate Islamic monetary instruments to control the industry and
economy in general The aim of this paper is to review Islamic monetary policy and Its
Impact to the development on Islamic Banking in indonesia.. The method used in this
study is an examination of existing literature. This paper considers mechanisms that
may help contain a crisis and those that may foster post crisis recovery in the case of
Islamic Banking.

ABSTRACT
This study aims to analyze and provide empirical evidence that the independent
dividend policies, managerial ownership, board size and profitability influence the firm
value, based on the agency theory and the dividend theory, in line with the
phenomenon that increasing IHSG of the companys manufacturing sector is still below
the average IHSG of all listed companies, and manufacturing companies that pay
dividends are still below the average of all listed companies, it is gap, because the
companys manufacturing sector is expected to have a strong financial performance, in
order to make a major contribution to Gross Domestic Product (GDP) of Indonesia.
This study uses a quantitative approach, with a sample of 110 companys
manufacturing sector listed on the Indonesian Stock Exchange (BEI) during the years
2009-2014, the sample is selected based on purposive sampling method. Then the
data analysis done by statistical tests using multiple linear regression. The results
showed variable dividend policies, board size and profitability was significant effect on
firm value, while variable managerial ownership does not affect on firm value. This
finding is interesting, that the success of increasing the firm value depends on the
companys ability to optimally empower resources, and implement corporate policies
that have been defined, not by a factor of incentives managers.

One of the main issues in financial research is why firms are different or put in another
way, why they obtain different profitability levels. Profitability is an important meaning
in the process of maintaining existence of a company in a long term manner, due to its
ability to show companys future prospect. The average level of profitability recorded
negative on telecommunication sector, especially at PT Indosat Tbk. There are many
factors that affect the profitability of some of them is the use of capital structure with
the measure debt to equity ratio (DER) and working capital with the measure is
working capital turnover (WCT).
This research was intended to know the effect of capital structure and working capital
on the profitability of PT. Indosat Tbk in the period of 2005-2014. This research applied
descriptive and verification method concluded in time series design. The statistic
analysis that was used in this study was multiple linear regression at 5% significance
level. Based on the findings, it was provable that regression statistic model could
applied in noticing the effect of capital structure and working capital on profitability
through F-test. Moreover, T-test showed that capital structure negatively affected the
profitability in significant manner. Lastly, working capital was identified to be a factor
that did not affect the profitability.

the "AAX" oil field, "NW NTX" working area which is currently held by "AX" limited and
"STX" Limited as contractor under the terms of Production Sharing Contract (PSC)
with the Indonesian government, represented by Special Task Force for Upstream Oil
and Gas Business Activities. Sluggish global economic downturn and low oil prices
lately caused a lot of upstream oil and gas industry to reduce or even stop investing.
Therefore do the valuation of the interest value of this project that has been in the
development stage. Valuation using the Discounted Cash Flow (DCF) method version
of government rules on the submission of PoD and modified version use the long-term
forecast of crude oil prices issued by OPEC and considered additional risk based on
project conditions. The sensitivity analysis was performed on the results of
calculations to determine the sensitivity of interest with respect to changes in input
variables. The results of both valuation models show that interest in the project is
positive and net cash flow present value during the production period is positive every
year. The modified DCF model generate a lower value than the DCF model PoD
because of using Minimum Attractive Rate of Return (MARR) that is higher. The result
of sensitivity analysis shows that the interest in the project is very sensitive to changes
in crude oil prices.

ABSTRACT
The growth of third party funds decreased (years 2011-2013) strongly influenced by
the customer. Customers who acted as investors not only consider the profitability of
investment instruments, but also the level of risk. Investment instruments in the
financial field is the most desirable customer deposits. Currently, profits from the
repayments, the deposit is two deposit mudharabah that use profit sharing
mechanism. And deposits which uses a system of interest.
The author tries to analyze the risk level of the customer on deposit with the method of
Value at Risk (VaR) approach to variance-covariance. VaR is the risk measurement
methods to determine the maximum loss that can occur in a certain time period and at
a certain confidence level. The results are shown in the 2011-2013 period the average
value of VaR (mean) and VaR (zero) Mudharabah deposits in Islamic banking is higher
than deposits in conventional banks. It means that in the period 2011-2013 with a
confidence level of 95% of customers will obtain more possible losses when investing
in Mudharabah deposits rather than investing in time deposits in conventional
banks.Better risk management of the bank will increase the interest of people to invest
in banks. Increased awareness is important to increase the assets held by the bank to
then be able to improve the performance of banks in disbursing funds. Increased
performance of the bank, will ultimately have an impact on the increase in the banks
profits.

Risks are likely to become the factors that are lacking of attention in times of
organizing events. According to the practical experiences and observations by the
author in the field of private, small and medium musical shows and concerts, poor
project planning coordination among the committee and lack of attention to possible
risks are the factors that lead to bad impacts to the whole performance of the concert.
The author sees that risk management framework enables the committee to gain the
helicopter view of the overall planning in the event, from the initial to the post
execution stage of a concert. The framework used in this study is risk management
system based on AS/NZS 4360:2004 which provides comprehensive steps in
determining and analyzing the possible risks in conducting a project. In this study,
probability and severity of each possible risks using Delphi method to the experts of
whom have the experience in the respective field of more than ten years. This risk
management design is applied in the Light up Our Childrens Future Charity Concert

ABSTRACT
Public demand on formal education has increased, especially on universities. This
has caused universities as strategic sectors that are expected to create a quality
human resource. The completion amongst universities tends to increase year to year.
This condition demands universities to improve the quality of its education and
institution to be excellent in the tight competition. Therefore, this study aims to find out
the effect of the trust and the image of universities on student intention using word-ofmouth (wom) as moderating variables. The population of this study is prospective
students in Bandung. This study uses deductive quantitative and survey methods.
The analytical tool that is used is structural equation modeling (SEM) based on
component or a variance that is known as partial least square (PLS) with 135
prospective students in Bandung as respondents . The result of the study shows the
positive and significant effect of trust and the image of institutions on students
intention. WOM is proved to give a positive and significant effect as a variable that
strengthens the relations between the image of universities and student intention and
also strenghtens the relations between Trust and student intention. This empirical
evidence explains that trust and the image of universities are other important factors
that can build student intention because students rely on word-of mouth (WOM) which
has a persuasive role in influencing students decision.

ABSTRACT
This research is intended to measure the consumers hablumminallah behavior within
the third-order confirmatory factor (CFA) model of Muslim Consumers Religious
Behavior (MCRB) framework. The concept of hablumminallah behavior is precisely
about Muslim religious behavior which formed from cognition, affection and conation
behavior in Faith and Worship aspects of a Muslim in his or her relationship with God.
Different with many other previous researches about Muslim religiosity that mostly still
apply a one to one measurement of Christian or wertern terminologies, this research
applies an Islamic concept of measurement that derived from the holy Al Qur\'an and
Hadith. To measure the proposed model, 390 data sets were generated through a
survey which were analyzed by using the structural equation modeling with Amos 22.0
software. The finding shows that Indonesian Muslim consumers have high levels of
hablumminallah behavior and when a third-order CFA model was performed on
MCRBs constructs, it proved to be valid and reached a goodness-of-fit model. This
study was the continuity of previous researches which implemented the first-order CFA
model of hablumminallah behavior and the second-order CFA model of MCRB
framework. Because religious behavior is viewed as an important factor that affect
consumers purchase pattern in so many ways, by analyzing the level of MCRB
allowing marketers to plan a suitable marketing strategy. Since the Indonesian Muslim
consumers have high levels of hablumminallah behavior, it is strongly recommended
for marketers to assure the halalness (lawfulness) of their products accordingly to the
Islamic law. This research is limited to only measuring the consumers hablumminallah
behavior, while both consumers hablumminannas behavior and the third-order CFA
model of MCRB framework measurements will be analyzed later in another further
researches.

ABSTRACT
In the developing countries, bureaucracy can be described as the culture of feudalism
in the ruling government. On the other side, the true meaning of bureaucracy is the
ideal model to achieve the objectives in the government or state power. The
bureaucracy indeed is directly related to the expansion of the division of labor in all
lines of works. There are hierarchy, clear procedural rules and others ideal criteria,
which functioned as the foundation to manage an organization. In order for a
government to move the bureaucracy, the government needs a leadership pattern
from public officials thats holding to the ideal meaning of bureaucracy as its ground
base, which also focuses to measurable activities. But in fact, public officials tends to
placing themselves as an elite group that always have privilege and the right of being
served. However, the problems arise because people nowadays still thinks and
positioning public officials as superior entities in social, economy and politic aspects.
As the result, social distance now exists and has a potential to alienate people from its
leader. Even though when Indonesia enter the era of politic reformation, it is proper for
public officials to run the government institution within the framework of
democratization that give the same opportunity for its entire people.

ABSTRACT
Unexpected changes sometimes cause unanticipated problems. Educational
institutions must be able to respond to and manage a variety of changes, particularly
in its main component: learning. Islamic education, as one of the subsystems within
the national education systems, has a strategic role in achieving the goals of national
education. The magnitude of the contribution of Islamic education to national
education has been supported by Madrasas as educational institutions. Efforts to
manage the better developmental changes at Madrasa need the intensification of
Madrasa culture and community participation. The main objective of this study is to
confirm and test the model based on the given theories using the Confirmatory Factor
Analysis (CFA). Data were collected using a questionnaire from 229 respondents
from 73 Public and Private Madrasah Aliyah in Tasiklmalaya Regency, with
headmasters, school committees, and teachers as data sources. The results showed
that Madrasa culture and community participation have a close relationship and
mutual influence. All indicators of Madrasa culture and community participation are
able to explain the model. To intensify Madrasa culture, it is necessary to preserve the
Islamic philosophical values and the tradition of value internalization. Madrasas also
need to emphasize the mutual-cooperation in fostering greater community
participation, especially the madrasas that are outside the pesantren environment.

motorcycle in last one year. It is because the behavior of consumers who have high
preference towards Honda Beat motorcycle compared to the other motorcycles.
Preferences can be seen from the consumers budget to buy a motorcycle and Honda
Beats
product
attributes.
Subjects of this study are Honda Beat motorcycle users in Kelurahan Padasuka
Bandung with 100 Honda Beat users as the samples. The method used in this
research is an explanatory survey using questionnaire as data collection tool. Simple
linear regression is used for the data analysis technique by applying Eviews 6
program.
The research result shows that a budget variable has negative correlation and
insignificant on preferences. This is because consumers have been helped by credit
system so high and low budget does not affect the consumer to have a Honda Beat
motorcycle. However, a product attributes variable have positive correlation and
significant on preferences. This means that the higher quality of Honda Beat attributes
affect the higher consumers preferences on goods and services. In addition, Honda
Beat motorcycle users are satisfied with the features, quality, reliability and service
provided compared to the other motorcycles attributes. Hence, product attributes will
influence consumer preferences level to Honda Beat motorcycle.

ABSTRACT
Strategy is the fit between the firms external situation and its internal resources
capabilities. Significant changes in the business environment will require
organizational changes, different resources and capabilities in order to realign the firm
with its environment. The Resource Based View (RBV) approach helps us to
understand how firms achieve and sustain their competitiveness through resource
building as well as leveraging the existing resources. This study aims to determine the
firms bundle of resources that influence growth. From the resource based view
perspective, the firms competitive advantage comes from its superior resources.
According to the RBV, only the Value, Rareness, Imitability and Organization
(VRIO), resources are sources of the sustainable competitive advantage. Unique
resources and capabilities ensure profits, expand business opportunities and improve
the performance of the firm. Resources can be classified into three parts: tangible
resources, intangible resources and human resources. A firm is said to have a
sustained competitive advantage when it outperforms more cost efficiently or more
distinctively than its competitors.
In order to achieve its superior performance, what kind of strategic choices could
be implemented the best?
Banks are important sector and influential in the business world. Many people and
organizations take advantage of banking services to save or borrow funds. The main
activities that the bank is to receive deposits from the public in the form of demand
deposits and savings deposits and provide credit to those who need funds.
Judging from the other side of that is from the point of view of banking or
financial institution that provides financial resources in the form of the loan, the loan
will have a very special position, especially in countries that are developing because of
the volume of demand for funds far greater than supply of funds in the community. The
next result can be seen that the interest income from loans would constitute the
dominant component compared with incomes of banking services more. And vice
versa will differ if we look at the balance sheet and profit and loss statement on the
banks of developed countries have interest income component has a balanced
position with the income from the services of other banks.
Based on the above description, the author interested in doing research on
issues of interest income of banks that were examined aspects of the credit activities
set forth in the thesis entitled "Influence Type of Interst Income Credit Against Total
Interest Income From Credit Interst" As for the results of research and discussion can
be
concluded
as
follows:
First Consumer credit no affected to interest income. This can be seen on the t count
value of consumer credit for 0.310 while t table ( 0.05, 20-2 = 2.101) was 0.310
<2.101, thus Ho received and Ha rejected. Second Working capital loans no affected
to interest income. This can be seen on t values calculated for working capital loans
for 0.389, while the t table <2.101, ( 0.05, 20-2 = 2.101) was 0.389 thus Ho was
rejected
and
Ha
accepted.
Third Investment credit no affected to interest income. This can be seen on t values
calculated working capital loans for 0.310, while the t table ( 0.05, 20-2 = 2.101) was
1.468 thus Ho was rejected and Ha accepted . Fourth Variable consumer credit,
working capital loans and investment loans together - the same effect on interest
income and the three variables can be used to predict the increasing interest income.
This can be seen on the F value calculated for the predicator is 5.149 while the F table
0.05 , numerator = 2, denumerator = 17) was 2.94, thus Ho was rejected and Ha
accepted. Influence consumer credits, working capital loans and investment credit to
interest income for the remaining 35.60 for 64.40 influenced by other factors not
examined in this study. It can also be seen in the value of R Square (index
determination) is 0.356

In recent years, a growing interest in foods of plant origin, especially plant protein
foods, has become evident. A large number of low- technology, Oriental soybean
foods have appeared all over the world. The most popular one is tofu. Tempeh,
another soybean protein food, this is a popular Indonesian soybean food made from
yellow soybean by fermentation with a mold, Rhizopus sp. The fermentation eliminates
the beany flavor of raw soybeans and gives the product a flavor which is bland but
attractive. The preparation of this food is very simple and the fermentation is very
rapid. Furthermore, this food is more digestible and more nutritious than plain cooked
soybeans. Along with the development of the times, people's lifestyles are changing
fast, as well as consumption patterns, Indonesian Institute of Sciences (LIPI) develop
products derived from tempeh, as tempeh known as product that is easily damaged.
Sweet Condensed tempeh is a product-based research tempeh which has the
advantages of a raw material compared to similar products such as green beans,
whole soy beans or other, because tempeh has through the fermentation and
produces protein which contained shorter amino acid and thus easier to digest. This
study will give a clear perspective, regarding the development of new research-based
tempeh products. This study is using mix method, a combination between quantitative
and qualitative method. The techno economic analysis showed that economically

related to work together within participants to present their concept or/and their
production. Fifteen participants come up with eight presentations of business plan and
the three experts who have dance, music, and performing arts background criticize
them in term of the concepts and their production. According to the experts, the
problem of their concept and production is still in the safety zone, they need to think
out of the box to open their minds, to do more in-depth research, and to have the
references to increase the qualities of their works. Festivals and performances are the
forms of their market. This model of incubation benefit the communities to change their

Abstract - Technology transfer activities are usually carried out by a large
manufacturing company, but now the trend is starting to shift to the micro, small, and
medium enterprises (SMEs), especially those in the creative field. Currently, there are
no rules or national standard rules that could serve as guidelines for all the science
and technology R & D institutions and / or colleges for the orderly administration in the
transfer of technology from the producer to the user.
The fact is happening today is the implementation of the transfer of technology in
Indonesia is still very low, both nationally and internationally. Rachmat Gobel said that
so far the government has not sufficiently comprehensive policy to strengthen the
depth of industry structure that will sustain the future development of national industry,
including technology transfer and R & D (Andrian, 2008).
Conditions that occur in Riau related to technology is the limitation experienced by the
industry players; as one example is the clothing business. Production technology in
Pekanbaru has not been able to support the development of this business. Employers
choose to do production in Bandung, because according to them the quality of
products derived from Bandung better, cheaper, and more sophisticated technology.

relationship between behavior and economic development and spiritual awareness
among the social-economic structure and doctrine believed. This paper also
compares development planning in Indonesia which proposed by various parties, e.g.
political parties, mass organizations, NGOs, and other community components. The
concept of Islamic economics can be viewed as an alternative solution to deal with the
weakness of the idea of Western ideas of liberal globalization and modernization. So

analysis three aims, the author uses literature study. It can be found that In testing the
validity of Weber's thesis, Alatas ensure that the Weber thesis suggests a causal
relationship-one symptoms cause other symptoms-not just looking for a mutual affinity.
Discussion on the best model of development in Indonesia is still in progress among
the scholars, scientist, political party and mass organizations. There are three school
of thought in term of development concept. First, the concept of development that is
based on classical and neoclassical economists. Second, the concept of development
