This letter serves as wiltlen notice of our Intont to repair or demolish under the above stated ordinances, and specifically pursuant to Lakewood Codified Ordinance 1306.522(9, Due to repeated inspections of the property andlor court appearances, or whereby the ‘owner failed, neglected, or refused to comply with previous correction notice(s), this structure has been devine unsafe ty occupy, is vacant, oF consilutes a fe and/or safaty hazard by reason of the fact that the structure Is injurious to or a menace to the Public heatth, safety or welfare; the structure is structurally unsafe, unsanitary oF not provided with adequate safe ogress; tho stucture isa fre hazard; the structure fs vacant ‘and open to public enty; the structure is otherwise dangerous to human life or injurious to the publi; in relation to existing use, the structure is a hazard to the public health, safety of welfare by reason of indadequate maintenance, diapidation, obsolescence of abandonment; due to ils advanced state of diapidation, substantia! fre damage or strucurtral infirmity, the strucuture is an immediate hazard to human life or health. A party or affected person may be represented by an attorney.
