    FEATURES
    The JISU Series centrifugal induction fan range comprises 2
    standard sizes, 50N and 100N thrust. This range is suitable for
    ambient temperature operation but is also designed for high
    temperature conditions required in fire-smoke control ventilation
    systems. The JISU centrifugal fans are designed in a low profile,
    uni-directional housing.

    Construction
    Low-profile galvanised steel housing with aerodynamically
    designed internal flow elements.
    Light grey powder coated finish as standard.
    Backward curved centrifugal impeller.

    Motors
    Type - external rotor, squirrel cage induction motor.
    Electricity supply - 415V, three-phase, 50Hz.
    Bearings - sealed-for-life ball.
    Speed controllable using inverter controllers, which must be
    bypassed in smoke control mode.
    Motors are suitable for ambient conditions as well as high
    temperature conditions required for smoke-control applications.

    SUGGESTED SPECIFICATION
    The JetVent Centrifugal Induction fans shall be of the JISU
    series as supplied by Fantech and be of the model numbers
    shown.
    The housing shall be of powder coated galvanised steel design
    with internal aerodynamic flow elements.
    All data shall be based on jet-induction fans fully tested to
    BS848:Part 10,1999 for thrust and and BS848:Part 2, 1985 for
    noise. Units for smoke-spill use shall be tested to AS4429:1999.

    Fans for general purpose - Performance testing of jet fans.
    Noise data based on tests to BS848:Part 2, 1985.
    High temprerature requirements tested to AS4429:1999.

    Special Features

    HOW TO ORDER

    Can be supplied for uni-directional airflow and develop either


    50N or 100N thrust.
    Suitable for ambient applications but is also designed for
    smoke-spill applications as standard. Successfully tested up to
    200oC for 2 hours and 300oC for 30 minutes.
    Colours other than standard light grey are optional extra.
