1. Briefly discuss the impacts of globalization on the enjoyment of right to education, right to
health and right to work by the people of the developing countries.
2. What are your arguments to establish the responsibility of the Western economically
developed countries to eradicate global poverty to facilitate the increasing enjoyment of socioeconomic rights of the people of the developing countries?
3. Discuss the main features of Convention on Elimination of All Sorts of Discrimination Against
Women (CEDAW) and its Protocol. What do you think is the necessity of special laws including
a separate human rights convention for recognition and realization of women human rights?
State the main arguments for and against making reservation to CEDAW.
4. Discuss how climate change affects enjoyment of human rights. What are your specific
suggestions for rich countries, developing countries and companies to mitigate the adverse
impacts of climate change on human rights?
5. Illustrate how multi-national corporations can adversely affect human rights of peoples in
developing countries.
6. Discuss how fight against corruption is a struggle for human rights.
7. Explain right to development. What are the components of development?
