    AFFIDAVIT OF DENIAL
    I, RONALD CABILUNA CASTILLO, of legal age, Filipino Citizen,
    and with residence address at 45 Burbank Street, North Fairview,
    Quezon City, after having been duly sworn in accordance to law,
    hereby deposes and states:
    1. That I received an information from the Bureau of
    Immigration that my namesake, a certain RONALD
    CASTILLO, without specifying his middle initial and middle
    name, has a pending criminal case docketed as Criminal
    Case No. 25947 before the Fifth Division of the
    Sandiganbayan of Quezon City;
    2. That accordingly, a Hold Departure Order Reference No.
    FGP-00-383 was issued under the name of RONALD
    CASTILLO;
    3. That I hereby unequivocally and vehemently deny
    involvement in the aforementioned case;
    4. That I also declare under oath that I am not in any way
    involved in any case proceeding as either
    plaintiff/complainant or defendant/accused in the
    Philippines or abroad, specifically with regard to the
    aforementioned case;
    5. That the Hold Departure Order did not specify that the
    subjects name thereof has been identified clearly and
    unequivocally, such as to include the subjects middle name
    or the middle initial;
    6. That I am presenting a government issued ID to prove that
    I am not the same person subject of the criminal case and
    of the hold departure order, and that I bear the true name
    RONALD CABILUNA CASTILLO;
    7. That I am also presenting a Clearance to Travel Abroad
    Reference No. 27191481 issued by the National Bureau

    of Investigation, bearing the fact that I am a Filipino citizen


    with no existing derogatory record; and
    8. That I am executing this Affidavit to attest to the foregoing
    facts and to deny absolutely and entirely any involvement
    in the case/s aforementioned and for all legal intents and
    purposes.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I hereby affix my signature this 19th day of
    October 2016, at Quezon City, Philippines.
