    10% Women quota will be observed/ calculated from the share of each region/ province in terms of Establishment Divisions O.M. 4/15/2006-R-2, dated 22.05.2007. The unfilled vacancies will be carried forward.
    (v) 05% Minorities (Non Muslims) quota will be observed/ calculated fromthe share of each region/ province in terms of Establishment Division's O.M. 4/15/94-R-2, dated 26.05.2009. The unfilled vacancies will be carried forward. DEPUTY
