INSTRUCTIONS:
1.
Please bring this Admit card in original with one recent passport size color photograph rmly pasted on it(similar
to uploaded photograph) and self-attested along with copy of Valid & Original Photo Identity Proof such as
voter ID/Aadhar Card/Bank passbook with photograph/Passport/Driving License OR any other Govt.
recognized photo ID proof. Candidate should bring one photocopy/hardcopy of the Original ID Proof.
Candidate without photograph pasted on the Admit card and Photo ID proof will not be permitted to
appear for the examination. Name on Admit card and ID Proof should match with each other.
2.
You have to appear for the Computer Based Test at your own expense on the date, time and Venue indicated.
3.
You must bring stationary such as pencils, ballpoint pen etc. with you. Rough sheets will be provided at Test
Center.
4.
You are advised to report to the examination venue at the time mentioned on the Admit card. Candidate will
not be allowed to Enter Examination venue after Gate Closure time.
5.
Examination will be conducted through CBT Mode. Candidates must enter their User Name and Password
which will be provided in the examination hall to start the exam. Please ensure that your Name and other details
which will subsequently appear on the screen are correct.
6.
Each Correct answer shall carry ONE mark. For each wrong answer no mark will be awarded to the concerned
question and in addition 0.25 marks will be deducted extra. No marks will be provided to questions not
attempted.
7.
Use of books, notebooks, calculators, watch calculators, pagers, cell phones and ring with built in
calculator/memory, digital diary etc. or any other electronic gadgets or recording devices are not permitted in this
examination area. Any candidate found resorting to any unfair means or malpractice or any misconduct during
the examination, including giving/receiving help to/from any candidate during the test will be disqualied. The
candidate should be vigilant in the examination. Any Request for change of Test center/venue/date/time of
examination will not be entertained.
8.
Admission to the test center is abided by the Rules of U.P. Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Sewa Aayog.
9.
No Candidate will be allowed to leave the examination hall until full examination time is over.
10. Admit card is to be handed over to the Test Administrator/Invigilator in the examination hall along with the selfattested photocopy of the photo identity proof (as mentioned above).You should put your thumb impression (Left
hand thumb,) and signature on the declaration provided on the admit Card in the presence of the Invigilator.
Candidate is advised to keep a photocopy of the admit card for their future reference.
