    Dear Sir/ Madam
    This is in reference to your application for a suitable Faculty position
    in Pratap University, Jaipur.
    The Meeting of Selection Committee has been scheduled on
    Sunday, 7thJuly, 2013 at 1:30 PM in the University Campus. You
    are requested to come for an interview with the Selection
    Committee at the above date and time. Please bring the copies of
    your certificates/ testimonials/ research work, if not submitted in the
    University earlier.
    A document providing information about our University is also
    attached herewith.
    The University is situated about 45 km from Jaipur towards Delhi on
    National Highway. It has an office in the city at Raja Park (B-26,
    GovindMarg, Adarsh Nagar, Above Pizza Hut outlet, First floor SDC
    building, Raja Park, Jaipur), from where the transportation for
    University campus can be arranged on request.
    The acknowledgement of receipt of this mail and Confirmation of
    your attending the interview (through e-mail) will be highly
    appreciated.
