Main complaint

: Appear as membranes on the left eye

Additional complaint

: Wedge feeling at the left eye

History of Disease
The Patient came to the Hospital with main complaint, appear as
membranes on the left eye since 2 weeks ago, and since 2 years ago, at the inner
corner of the eye near the patients nose, patient feels that there is something
increasingly growing, first it was not too big, then getting bigger and became a
meat-like-fiber, towards the center of the left eye. The eyes do not feel pain. The
Patient also complained wedge feeling at the left eye. The Patient admitted his
sight was still good and there is no vision problems at all. The Patient have never
been treated by any doctor or even have used any medications. Swelling of the
eye region is denied. Discharge of the eyes is denied. Glare of the eye is denied.

Itchy feeling of the left eye is denied. More frequent watering of the eye is
denied. Patients not using glasses or contact lenses.
Previous Disease History
Patient never had complaints like this before. A history of food allergies
and medications allergies are denied. History of hypertension, diabetes mellitus,
cholesterol are denied. A history of trauma to the eye and a history of long-term
drug use are denied. And there is nobody around the patient that encountered the
same complaints as the patient did.
Family Disease History
There is nobody in his family who experience the complaints like him.
Personal Habit
The patient denied the using of contact lenses, smoking, and alcohol
consuming. The patient never use sunglasses at work.

RESUME

TREATMENT

Medical Treatment :
o Atrificial Tears (Topical Lubricating Drops) : Cendo Lyteers 3-4
drops x 1 a day.

Non-Medical Treatment :
o Avoid exposure of the direct sun ray, wind, and dust from the eyes.
o Use a cap and/or sunglasses to avoid the direct exposure of
ultraviolet rays into the eye.
o Control to the doctor.
