    I, REYNALDO L. EGUSQUIZA, Filipino citizen, of legal age,


    after being duly sworn to in accordance with law under and by virtue of

    presents,
    hereby

    constitute

    appoint,

    NLRC NCR Case No. 12-15075-16, including all
    subsequent proceedings thereto even on appeal,
    or on petition for certiorari and petition for
    review on certiorari, with special power to
    represent me in the preliminary conferences,
    pre-trial conference, mediation proceedings, to
    enter into amicable settlement, to submit to
    alternative modes of dispute resolution,
    including Judicial Dispute Resolution, to make
    admissions as well as to make, submit and
    admit compromise proposals as my said
    attorneys-in-fact may deem fit and acceptable to
    them, and to enter into stipulations or
    admissions of facts and of documents as he may
    deem fit, receive the payment of the
    corresponding judgment or monetary award due
    to me that may be issued on my favor in the said

    verification and certification of non-forum
    shopping relative to the said case for and in my

    to secure and receive the copies of all pleadings,
