    SPECIAL POWER OF ATTORNEY

    KNOW ALL MEN BY THESE PRESENTS:


    That I, MARIA REYES of legal age, Filipino, married to
    John Patrick Reyes and a resident of Aurora 3rd St., Digos
    City, do hereby name, constitute and appoint REYNALDO
    RAMOS, of legal age, Filipino, single and a resident of
    Aurora 3rd St., Digos City, to be my true and lawful attorneyin-fact for me and in my name place and stead to do and
    perform the following acts, to wit:
    1. To encumber and/or mortgage with the USPD
    CREDIT CORP., Digos City and in any amount
    deemed reasonable, that certain parcel of land
    located at San Jose, Digos City, containing an
    area of (2,504) square meters, more or less,
    more particularly identified as Lot 1234 and
    covered by TCT No. T- 4567;
    2. To receive and to encash any and all proceeds
    thereof;
    3. To sign, execute, deliver any and all documents
    to give effect to the foregoing authorities.
    HEREBY GIVING AND GRANTING unto my said
    attorney-in-fact full power and authority to do and perform
    all and every acts requisite or necessary to carry into effect
    the foregoing authority as fully to all intents and purposes as
    I might or could lawfully do if personally present with full
    power of substitution and revocation and HEREBY RATIFYING
    AND CONFIRMING all that my said attorney-in-fact shall do
    or cause to be done by virtue hereof.
    IN WITNESS WHEREOF, we have hereunto set our hands
