The data collected were analyzed using appropriate statistical tools like correlation,
Chi-square, co-efficient of variation. The suggestions were drawn based upon the findings.
Through the findings, it is found that the feedback is given in the training programme is
helpful for organization. Imparting the adequate knowledge about job and including the trends
in technology issues in training modules can leads further effective training.
