Radio Show Transcripts


Through the radio show, the corporate communication(CoCo) team aims to
acknowledge everyone contribution towards the change that CEO Jostle Walsh
hopes to bring. We have created some sample transcripts which could be
included as a part of the radio show.

.The new Providence, has been upgraded to the latest practices in Medical
care. Patients can use a simple web, based portal to track their history, get
prognosis and contact your doctor for post discharge medical care.

Our Staff has always been our strength, I believe that they will not only
welcome the change, but also create new initiatives to usher in the changes
quicker

The Board has been very supportive of the changes


and is steadfast behind the CEO on all her initiatives

This wouldnt have been possible without the active


co-operation of our partner.

We need everyone to be on-board with us. Ensuring


everyone co-operation is critical to the success of the
initiative.

Newspaper
The CoCo team also plan to run a front-page article with
a leading daily highlighting the changes that would take
place in the hospital. The newspaper would create local
awareness and pass the message to all stakeholders
through a single platform. Newspaper article also help
the brand building of the providence hospital .

Poster
The CoCo team has designed two sample posters for employees and
customers( see attached). The customer posters would be prominently displayed
in common areas and in simple terms inform them of the changes that have
taken place. It also urges them to contact the Customer service desk for any
queries.
On the contrary, the employee poster highlights the success of patient care unit
1, shows how they can contribute to the success of the initiative, and concludes
with a motivational quote.
