MACHINE
IN THE FIELD
IF
THE MACHINE IS IMPROPERLY LOCATED, 180 ROTATING ACTION MIGHT CAUSE ABNORMAL
VIBRATION RESULTING IN QUALITY AND RELIABILITY PROBLEMS.

THE
AVOID
S A F E T Y P R E C AU T I O N
PRIOR TO USE, MAKE SURE THAT YOU CONNECTED THE MACHINE TO THE RIGHT POWER (3
PHASE 220V) SOURCE.
THE BAR TO BE BENT MUST BE WITHIN THE RANGE OF THE BENDING CAPACITY OF THE
MACHINE (AS SHOWN ON PAGE 1)
PROVIDED SOFT BRUSH TO CLEAN UP IRON POWDER CREATED AFTER SEVERAL BENDINGS
(THERE IS A CLEANING HOLE FOR THE POWDER IF YOU SEE THE U-SHAPE ROLLER WAY). DO NOT
USE AIR GUN FOR THE PURPOSE BECAUSE IT CAN BLOW POWDER INTO THE GEARS AND OTHER
UNDESIRED INNER MACHINE PARTS.
IT IS RECOMMENDED THAT NOBODY EXCEPT THE OPERATOR STAYS AROUND THE MACHINE
DURING OPERATION, AS THERE IS A POSSIBILITY (THOUGH IT IS RARE) THE BAR SCRAP MIGHT
BREAK AND POP INTO ANYWHERE, ESPECIALLY IN CASE OF GRADE 60, # 14 BAR BENDING.

IF
THE MACHINE IS EXPOSED TO RAIN, DRY OUT ALL THE MOISTURE, INSIDE AND OUTSIDE.
(REMOVING THE COVER MAY BE NECESSARY)
ALWAYS WORK WITH ENOUGH CARE TO AVOID ANY INJURIES, ESPECIALLY, IN HANDS.
PRIOR TO USE, MAKE SURE THAT THE PROPER ADJUSTABLE ROLLER (FIXED ROLLER NO. 9 IN
PARTS ILLUSTRATION) IS POSITIONED ACCORDING TO REBAR DIAMETER. AND SAFELY GRAB THE
BAR(S) TO KEEP THEM FROM SHAKING DURING BENDING PROCESS.
FOR
BETTER PERFORMANCE AND LONGER LIFE OF THE MACHINE, YOU ARE RECOMMENDED TO
PERFORM BENDING PROCESS WITH INTERMITTENT PAUSE, AFTER CUTTING FOR A LONG PERIOD
OF TIME.
PRIOR
TO USE, MAKE SURE THAT THE OPERATOR TIGHTEN PROPERLY BOTH THE BOLT TO
ADJUST BENDER BLOCK AND TO FIX BENDER BLOCK AS THE BOLT MIGHT GET LOOSENED BY THE
VIBRATION CAUSED DURING BENDING PROCESS. ESPECIALLY, THE BOLT FOR FIXING BENDER
BLOCK MUST BE STRICTLY CHECKED.
O P E R AT I O N
1) CHECK OF THE POWER SOURCE IS 3 PHASE, 220V, 380V AND CONNECT THE POWER TO THE
MACHINE.
2) INSTALL THE FIXED ROLLER, ROTATING ROLLER AND BAR BACK-STOPPER AND ADJUST THEM
CONSIDERING BAR SIZE.
3) SET UP THE FOOT SWITCH TO EITHER 1-POINT OR 2-POINT TO OPERATE THE MACHINE.
1 POINT OPERATION: ANGLE ADJUSTMENT IS FOR 1-POINT. OPERATED
BY START SWITCH OR 1-POINT FOOT SWITCH.
2 POINT OPERATION: ANGLE ADJUSTMENT IS FOR 2-POINT. OPERATED
BY START SWITCH OR 2-POINT FOOT SWITCH.
4) ADJUST THE ANGLE ARRANGEMENT AS YOU WANT AND FIX IT.
5) OPERATOR MUST BE ON THE OPPOSITE SIDE AS YOU WANT AND FIX IT.
6) PRESSING THE OPERATION SWITCH OR FOOT SWITCH WILL LEAD TO ONE BENDING
PERFORMANCE.
7) ALWAYS KEEP THE EMERGENCY BUTTON IN MIND FOR URGENT SITUATION.
Second-Point
1) DETERMINE THE "FIRST-POINT" KNOB (no.10 in illustration) AT 90-DEGREE ANGLE SCALE ON THE
"FIRST-POINT" ANGLE ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS.
2) DETERMINE THE "SECOND-POINT" KNOB (no.11 in illustration) AT 45-DEGREE ANGLE SCALE ON
THE "SECOND-POINT" ANGLE ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS.
3) FOR 90-DEGREE ANGLE BENDING PROCESS, TOUCH THE FOOT SWITCH CONNECTED TO THE
"FIRST-POINT" SWITCH.
4) FOR 45-DEGREE ANGLE BENDING PROCESS, TOUCH THE FOOT SWITCH CONNECTED TO THE
"SECOND-POINT" SWITCH.
(1) THE TWO(2) ANGLES TO BE BENT CAN OPTIONALLY BE ADJUSTED BY THE OPERATOR IN
THE RANGE OF 0 TO 180 DEGREE
(2) THE DUAL ANGLES ADJUSTMENT APPARATUS PROVIDES THE OPERATOR WITH
CONVENIENCE BY ALLOWING HIM TO PERFORM BENDING PROCESS OF TWO(2)
DIFFERENT ANGLES, WITH THE BAR ON THE MACHINE.

CHECK-UP
IF
THE ROTATING ROLLER MOVES BACK WITH EXCESSIVELY QUICK SPEED ACCOMPANIED BY BIG
BOUNCE, LOOSEN SLIGHTLY THE BOLT (no.7 in illustration) FOR ADJUSTING THE RETURN SPRING.
IF THE ROTATING ROLLER DOES NOT MOVE BACK TO ITS INITIAL POSITION, FASTEN SLIGHTLY THE
THE INNER ELECTRIC CORD WHICH RELAYS THE POWER SOURCE TO THE
MACHINE, IF THE MACHINE FAILS TO OPERATE IN SPITE OF THE SIGNED ALL LAMPS WITH
LIGHT.
THE
CUSHION RUBBER MAY BECOME DEFORMED OR BROKEN AFTER BEING USED FOR A LONG
PERIOD OF TIME. IN THIS CASE, REPLACE IT WITH A NEW ONE.
MAINTENANCE
WHEN
USUAL
MAINTENANCE
- CHECK THE BOLTS AND THE NUTS EVERYWHERE IF THEY ARE TIGHTLY SCREWED.
- UNCOVER THE MACHINE AND EXPOSE IT TO DRY AFTER RAIN OR LONG PERIOD OF HUMID
WEATHER.
- ADJUST THE SHOCK RESPONSE BOLT IF THE RETURNING POWER OR SPEED OF ROTATING
ROLLER IS ABNORMALLY HIGH OR LOW.
POWER LAMP ON THE DISPLAY PANEL INDICATES THAT THE MACHINE IS READY TO OPERATE AND
EXTENSIONCABLE
YOU
WILL HAVE TO PREPARE EXTENSION CABLE, IF THE POWER SOURCE IS FAR AWAY FROM
THE MACHINE.
