    Monthly Routine
    -Dirt and

    dust should be removed from units with a soft, dry cloth or Brush . For the
    LCD, wipe it carefully to prevent scratching, using LCD cleaning wipes or LCD cleaner
    .To remove dirt using a LCD cleaner , wipe slowly with tissue paper so as to dissolve the
    dirt . Change tissue paper frequently so that dirt will not scratch the LCD. Do not use
    solvents such as thinner, acetone or benzene for cleaning any unit .
    Visual Checks :

    -Check Whip Antenna for Damage .


    -Check sheath of cracks . Tape minor cracks
    -Check cable for damage
    - Check for tight connections and corrosion. Remove rust if any
    - Clean Printer head if required
