    B. Key Responsibilities / Accountabilities
    A) DEVELOPMENT OF PRODUCT, BUSINESS PLAN, PREPAIR OPERATIOAL
    AND TECHNICAL MANNUALS,PREPAIR FINANCIAL PLAN , RAISE FUNDS,
    LEGAL PART , TRAINING
    B) BRANDING OF OUR OWN COMPANY AND PRODUCT, MARKETING OF OUR
    OWN MEDIA

    C. Required Behavioral Competencies

    MBA with about 6-10 years relevant experience


    MARKETING AND HRD BACKGROUND
    Should be aware of financial/ BUSINESS models their applicability
    Ability to read financial statements such as balance sheets, profit & loss statements
    Conceptual and analytical skills.
    Networking , MOTIVATIONAL and Influencing skills
    ABILITY TO WORK UNDER PRESSURE AND WITH NON SKILLED PEOPLE
    Strong PC skills (MS Excel, Word and Power Point)
    Sensitivity to environment and people issues.
