To reach a Monthly Collection Target and to grow Everfirst Sauyo branch.
CAUSES OF PROBLEM:
Bago lang ang EF Sauyo branch.
Kakaunti pa lang ang kliyente.
PROBLEM SOLUTION:
Monitor daily collection.
Mamigay ng sticker sa mga tricycle sa area of responsibility.
Mamigay ng flyers.
Magkaroon ng Signage (FRONT, BACK at SIDE TO SIDE)
Magkaroon ng Loan Consultant na magbabahay bahay Monday to Saturday
para ipakilala at manghikayat ng mga SSS Pensionado na magloan.
