Q1 2017 Program Terms and Conditions
Samsung Smart Picks 2017 program is effective January 1 December 31st 2017 with quarterly updates to products and pricing.
This document outlines Q1 2017 products and rebates which are effective January 1 March 31, 2017.
Smart Picks pricing cannot be combined with Samsung SPA pricing, rebates or promotions, except for Samsung promotions which specifically outline in their terms and conditions that the promotion is combinable with Smart Picks volume discounts.
Back orders and rain checks outside the promotional period will not be honored.
Products must be invoiced by distribution within the promotional period to qualify.
All rebates will be paid out based on electronic POS claims submitted by distributor.
Claims must indicate eligible model numbers and qualifying order quantities shipped and billed on a single invoice within the effective date of the program. Invoices/orders cannot be combined to meet quantity thresholds.
Claims to be submitted by distributor within (30) days to Samsung Electronics Canada Inc.
In the event of a change in distribution price during the promotion period, rebates will be re-calculated using the percentages outlined in the program and will apply to all claims for shipments following the price change.
