Dolphin GIS's primary communications channel for searching and retrieving factual
information; fostering effective two-way communication for the benefit of everyone
who works in GIS.
Main objectives were:
• Making Dolphin the ONLY place to go for IT communications, essential info,
reference material.
• Making Dolphin a two-way feedback mechanism.
• Ensuring Dolphin is embedded into GIS processes.
• Helping users to do their jobs effortlessly/consistently by including processes using
which people can track their/company’s performance.
• Regularly capture and measure user statistics.
• Keep information up to date and clear outdated info.
Role: Performed Multiple Roles (High Level Designer, Developer,

Tester, Requirements Manager, Release Manager)
Responsibility: Based on role has varied across the life cycle of the application:
1. Requirements and Analysis: Understanding the requirements
