for only a few minutes or for a few hours or even for a few
days, depend upon the need and the condition of the
patient.
8. Release the projected pranic energy.
Inhibiting the Chakra
1. Scan the chakra to be inhibited frontally and sideways.
2. Apply localized sweeping thoroughly. This is very
important. An over-activated chakra can be gradually
normalized by just cleansing it thoroughly. It is more
difficult to inhibit an over-activated chakra unless it has
been sufficiently cleansed.
3. Energize the chakra with light blue pra 4. When
energizing, simultaneously will or visualize the chakra as
becoming smaller.
5. Rescan the chakra. Activating and Inhibiting

6. Release the projected pranic energy.
Inhibiting: Blue Prana
Blue prana can be used to inhibit a chakra and its
corresponding organ(s) if required. For example, a patient
suffering from gastric ulcer has over-activated solar
plexus chakra and stomach. The solar plexus chakra and
the stomach are filled with dirty red energy. The solar
plexus chakra and the stomach can be inhibited by
cleansing them thoroughly and energizing them with light
whitish blue prana. It is clairvoyantly observed that
patients who are recovering from gastric ulcer have a lot
of blue prana in the solar plexus chakra.
1. Scan the patient, then rescan during pranic treatment.
2. Blue prana can be used to inhibit an organ or part that
is overactive.
3. Apply localized sweeping thoroughly on the overactive
organ.
4. Energize the overactive organ with light whitish green
prana, then with more of light whitish blue prana or light
blue prana.
5. Do not use dark blue because the organ may be over-
inhibited, and this may cause constriction.
6. Release the projected pranic energy.
