    NOTE: API RP-53: PAGE 12.3.2; SYSTEM MUST BE 200 PSI ABOVE PRECHARGE; (1200), AFTER CLOSING
    ANNULAR, FUNTIONING 3 RAMS AND CLOSING HCR TO PASS REGULATIONS, WITH BOTH PUMPS OFF.
    INSPECTORS WILL TEST YOUR SYSTEM FROM THE PRESSURE IT IS AT, AT THE TIME OF INSPECTION.
    THEY DO NOT HAVE TO LET YOU RECHARGE YOUR SYSTEM. THERE FOR, YOU SHOULD ALSO CHECK
    YOUR SYSTEM FROM JUST ABOVE THE CHARGE PUMP KICK-IN POINT.
    BOP TEST PROCEDURES FOR WORKOVER RIGS
    - Perform BOP function & accumulator test.

    - Clean & install 2-way check (BPV) into hanger. The check valve condition &
    installation to be witnessed by the Khalda Company Man.
    - Fill kill line, BOP & choke line with fluid.

    - All components will be tested to a low of 250 psi & a high of 3000 psi 5000 psi
    (depending on wellhead, 3 or 5k). With the exception of the annular element which
    will be high tested to 2000 psi.

    - Close blind rams.

    - Pressure test BOP kill valve, blind rams, both BOP choke valves to required low & high
    pressure for 5 minutes each test, through kill line. Bleed off pressure.
    - Open BOP choke valve to closed chokes on kill manifold.

    - Open blind rams.

    - Install ported test joint w/ TIW valve on top & reversible test plug (pancake) on bottom.

    - Close pipe rams.

    - Pressure test pipe rams, TIW valve, both manifold chokes & first gut line valve to
    required low & high pressure for 5 minutes each test. Bleed off pressure.

    - The above step will be repeated when rams are changed or any lines or valves to
    the BOP system are broken apart.

    - Open TIW valve & test mud line back to mud pump. Close valve at mud pump if
    pressure is leaking through pump.
    - Open kill manifold chokes & first gut line valve to closed outside manifold valves &
    closed second gut line valve.

    - Open pipe rams. Close TIW valve & annular BOP.

    - Pressure test annular, both outside manifold valves & second gut line valve to required
    low & high pressure for 5 minutes each test. Bleed off pressure.

    - Open annular BOP.

    - Pressure test to be chart recorded, witnessed & signed, by the Toolpusher & the Khalda
    Company Man. Test chart to be sent to Khalda Salam Base Superintendent for review
    & filing.
    - Any deficiencies in the Rigs well control equipment, shut down operations & notify
    Khalda Field Drilling Office.
