Sub. : Work Order for Waterproofing Treatment to be executed at Hotel Taleda Square, Gandhi Bhawan,
Ajmer, Rajasthan.
Dear Sir,
As per your Final quotation : QN/VE/16-17/1503 Dated March 15 th, 2017 and further discussion held with You,
We are pleased to award you the above mentioned Waterproofing Treatment work as per details given below.
Special Conditions
1) No damage will be allowed over the worked area.
2) Cement, sand, mortar, grit, water, electricity will be provided by client free of cost.
3) Plaster and concreting before waterproofing where ever required will be done by Client.
4) Major Civil Repair will be done by client before handed over the site to be treated to contractor.
5) Facility for lifting material such as lifts etc. will be provided by Client if Possible.
6) Protection plaster with neat punning as recommended over the water proofed area will be done by client
required as per standard norms for safety of coating.
7) Rs. 1 lac will be paid in advance with work order which will be adjusted on pro-rata basis in RA bills
Mode of Measurement : Actual Area will be measured in Square feet as per coated at site.
Completion Date : The work will be completed in all respect up to 6 th Floor on 30th April, 2017, and for 7th Floor
up to 5th, May, 2017.
2. Dr. Fixit Krystalline Dr. Fixit Krystalline is composed of high quality cement, properly selected &
(Cementitious graded inert aggregates, proprietary waterproofing active chemicals &
crystalline waterproof additives. It is used as a chemically active waterproofing treatment for
coating for concrete) concrete. Dr. Fixit Krystalline, when mixed with water and applied as a brush
coat to concrete, it penetrates deeply into the capillaries of the concrete to
form billions of needle like crystals which blocks the pores, voids & micro
cracks in concrete. It is effective against substances of high contact pH value
(Range pH 3-11 in contact and 2-12 with intermittent contact).
3. Dr. Fixit Fast flex (High Dr. Fixit Fastflex is a two component cementitious coating, composed of high
performance Polymer quality cement, properly selected & graded fillers, additives and liquid
modified Cementitious polymer. It is suitable for achieving waterproofing for the water retaining
Coating) structures such as swimming pools, water tanks, reservoirs, other wet areas,
etc, because it provides strong bonding, good waterproofing and excellent
resistant to hydrostatic water pressure by forming highly elastic seamless
coating over the applied concrete or masonry surfaces.
4. Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K (2 Dr. Fixit Pidifin 2K is a two component cementitious & acrylic flexible
pack Cementitious waterproofing & protective coating composed of best quality portaland
waterproof Coating) cement, properly selected & graded aggregates, additives & acrylic emulsion
polymer as a binder. It is applied to waterproof and protect concrete and
similar structures. specially formulated for swimming pools, retaining walls,
pile Heads, water tanks, submerged tunnels, sumps, bridge decks, marbles,
granites and a wide variety of extreme service class structures because on
curing it forms an excellent elastomeric, waterproof & protective layer over
the substrate.
5. Dr. Fixit Super latex Dr. Fixit Super Latex is based on modified Styrene butadiene latex used for
(SBR Latex for high performance applications in waterproofing and repairs. It is used for
waterproofing & repairs of spalled concrete such as floors, columns, beams, chhajjas, slabs
repairs) & waterproofing of toilets & bathrooms & terraces. It bonds strongly to old &
new concrete & plaster.
6. Dr. Fixit Roofseal Flex Dr. Fixit Roofseal Flex is a two component cementitious coating, composed of
(Heavy Duty high quality cement, properly selected & graded fillers, additives and acrylic
Cementitious polymer. It is suitable for achieving waterproofing for roofs, because it
waterproof coating for provides strong bonding, good waterproofing and excellent resistant to
new terrace) hydrostatic water pressure by forming highly elastic seamless coating over
the applied concrete surfaces.
Terms & Conditions
1. Subcontracting/Subletting
The Contractor shall not assign or sub-let the work given under the work order or any benefit or interest
therein without the prior written consent of the Employer.
2. Billing
Final bill will be raised on actual measurement of the site considering 60% material cost & 40% labor cost.
Price approved above is excluding VAT & Service Tax & other taxes. Although TDS will be deducted from
contractors bill as applicable & TDS certificate will be given to contractor for the same .
If for reasons beyond your control, if the work is delayed, you will be granted proportionate extension of time
to complete your work. However the extension so granted shall not vitiate the contract nor any claim of
compensation or increase in rates arising there of shall be entertained
5. Payment Terms
Rs. 1 lac will be paid in advance with work order which will be adjusted on pro-rata basis in RA bills
Payment should be done against running bills after verified by SIte.
5% after completion of work at site after verified by Site Head.
6. Completion Certificate
Pursuant to the virtual completion of work in all respects to the entire satisfaction of the PMC/Architect, a
completion certificate shall be issued. However issuance of completion certificate does not preclude the
Employers rights under Defects Liability period.
7. Penalty
Penalty @ 1% per week will be charged for delay up to a maximum of 10% on contract value for delay in
execution of awarded work. It will be the responsibility of the Client to provide open front as per requirement.
8. Security Arrangement
The contractor shall be responsible for adequate security arrangement at site for all their labour safety, and
the employer shall not be responsible for the same in any manner.
The provision of labour shed and temporary stores for contractor tool & tackles shall be provided by client.
10. THAT the contractor will take due care and precaution to avoid any accident, mis-happenings and provide
the first aid facilities at the site and will be responsible for the safety & security of his labour in all respect.
11. THAT all the staff members, labour, workers, supervisor, equipment operators etc. will be the employee of
contractor itself, and the owner will not be in any way treated as an employer. The contractor will solely be
responsible for their wages, salary, overtime or any payment is concerned. That the contractor has to pay
gratuity, pension if any. All the workmen etc. will be on the role of contractor and the owner will not have any
right of appointing or to terminate the service of any workmen only the contractor will be entitled to do so as
an employer. In case any accident or any mis-happening takes place then the contractor will only be
responsible for all the damages, medical expenses, award/order/judgment/decree passed by any
Tribunal/Court of law such as Workmen Compensation Commissioner, Labour Court, Tribunal, Civil Court or
High Courts etc.
12. THAT whenever any registration is required either in the labour department or in any other department
related to labour law, PF department etc. the contractor will have to complete all the formalities in this regard
and he will alone be responsible for any violation of the statutory rules and regulations any department.
13. THAT if the contractor becomes bankrupt or is prevented from or delayed in execution and in completion of
the work, the owner shall be entitled to give the notice in writing to the contractor and if the satisfactory reply
is not received with 7 days from the date of notice, the owner shall be entitled to employ other contractor for
completing the balance work at the cost, risk and responsibility of the contractor and in that case also the
contractor shall be liable for a deduction of 25% from his bills for the work done by him.
14. THAT the labour, the staff members of the contractor are liable to be searched for security reasons and
without the express permission of the owner the contractor cannot take away any material, machines,
equipments etc. from the site.
15. THAT if the Project Head/Engineer at any time considers that some more workmen should be employed by
the contractor, contractor shall abide by the decision of the Project Head/Engineer and act accordingly.
16. THAT in case at any time the Project Head/Engineer of the owner disapproves some work done by the
contractor it will be removed by the contractor immediately at its own cost.
17. THAT if the Project Head/Engineer considers that some particular work has not been executed properly, the
contractor shall immediately dissembles that portion and installs the same again to the entire satisfaction of
the Project Head/Engineer.
18. THAT if the owner considers, during the course of work, some alteration, addition or omission, it shall be
intimated to the contractor and contractor shall comply with the instructions.
19. THAT all the damages caused by the accident or the carelessness of the workmen, or any material is
wasted or is misused by the workmen, will be to the account of the contractor, who shall make good the
same.
20. THAT save the matter provided in this work order, the rules, regulations and procedure of the owner shall be
applicable as amended from time to time.
